Accessibility
There are 3 small steps leading from the pool area up to the terrace making the property suitable for people with slight mobility problems, but it is not designed for wheelchairs.
Outside
The luxury accommodation includes a fabulous south facing dining terrace with motorised sun canopy, top of the range Weber gas BBQ, dining table and chairs, and sun beds. The dining terrace is adjacent to the open plan lounge and is fenced off with a lockable gate to prevent children accessing the pool area. The swimming pool has a separate toddler section with shallow steps leading into it.
Coast/Beach
Beautiful long sandy beach within a few mins drive or gentle 15 - 20 minute stroll, full range of facilities at the beach including bars, restaurants, pedalo's etc. Local restaurants and shops just a few minutes walk away.
Golf
There are several golf courses within 30 minutes drive of the villa, Perelada being the closest at 15 minutes drive away.
Special interest holidays
There are many activities in and around Empuriabrava. The internationally recognised sky diving centre offers tandem sky dives (no experience necessary), or is just a great day out watching them land. There is a small bar/cafe to enjoy a snack and drink at the same time. Water sports including diving and sailing schools are also available. Nearby activities also include, Bird and Wildlife Sanctuary, Butterfly Park, go cart racing, mountain biking, cycle tracks through the protected marsh lands etc. Boat trips around the unique waterway system in Empuriabrava, and trips along the rugged coastline and to the fish reserve are also available.
Travel
Gerona Airport is the most convenient. Ryanair offer cheap flights from a wide range of UK and European airports. (Approx 40 minutes transfer time.) Perpignon - approx 1 hour. Barcelona - approx 1 hr 45 mins. Nearest train station Figueres (20 mins). Driving time from Calais approx 12 hours.
Distances
Many villages and places of interest within a short drive. To each side of the town there are traffic free walking/cycling routes through protected land.

25% deposit required at time of booking. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival date. £400 damage deposit required, fully refundable if the house is left as it is found on arrival with no damage or breakages.
