Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. A final cleaning rate of 50 euros will be charged before departure. Cleaning service available upon request. These prices are valid until 7 January 2011.
Changeover day
Arrival time on day one can be at any time according to the airline schedule. We ask that you vacate the house by 12 noon on the day of departure.

| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen includes gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer and coffee machine. Includes dining area with seating for 8. Garden views from every room. |
| Utility Room: | Brooms, dust pans, buckets, mops and all kinds of cleaning materials are available. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is a combination of a sitting room, game room and a TV center, DVD and CD. One of the sofas can open into a double bed. A separate exit opens onto a stepped path which can lead to 3 different garden areas as well as to the swimming pool. |
| Other: | Each of the 3 levels has an area of 30m2. Each level has its own exit to garden areas. No smoking inside the house, please. When making travel plans, please keep in mind that access to the only bathroom is through the 3rd level bedroom. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels linens and pillows, etc are provided. Property will be clean for every client. Towels and linens can be exchanged as required by client. Washing machine is available on a daily basis. Special cleaning on request. |
Notes on accommodation
Children gladly accepted. Baby sitting services are available. Please notify us of this possibility at time of booking. We will provide a book with timetables for buses and trains plus directions to some of the more intriguing restaurants in the area as well as a full briefing for places of interest in Barcelona, Sitges, Monserrat or any other places of interest to you.

Outside
Pool is 7 x 4m. Pool area has lounge chairs and sunbeds with umbrellas. It also includes a covered dining and sitting area which overlooks the pool. Pool is shared with 1 owner who uses it very rarely. There are 2 levels of gardens which are full of mature trees and plants and colours.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches of Sitges and Vilanova are all with 15 minutes or less. There are many to choose from and we will advise you according to your individual requirements (babies etc) concerning restaurants, museums and other places of interest.
Golf
A beautiful par 3 pitch and putt course is 15 km (about 20 mins). Called 'Portal de Roc', its design and quality have made it one of the best in Spain. Green fees 9 to 15 euros. Open every day. An 18 hole championship course in Sitges (Terramar, built in 1922) is 10 km away (a bit more than 10 minutes). It is situated directly on the sea. Reservations are not required. Green fees 75 euros. Closed Mondays. There are many other courses available. Ask for additional sites.
Travel
For an additional charge, we can meet you at the airport and provide a car and driver for full/part time services. Please inquire about this service. Barcelona airport is 35km/30 minutes by car. Reus airport is about 60km/approx 1 hour. Gerona airport is about 135km. Approx. 1.5 hours. A car hire for the whole time period is essential.
Distances
Distance to walking and bicycle paths begin 30 feet from the house. 10km to Sitges. 12km to Vilanova. 60km to Old Tarragona (with it's Roman ruins) and 45km to Barcelona.
Further details
Regular bus services between Sant Pere and Barcelona is 1 time per hour. Return buses run 1 to 2 times per hour depending on the time of day. The train from Sitges to Barcelona goes every 20 minutes. Return trains run every half hour. Also services to many other places of interest. Sitges is full of stores of all kinds. Food markets and stores are closeby. Sant Pere has a full compliment of banks for your convenience. We are located in beautiful Garraf Natural Park. Walking and bicycle paths begin 30 feet from the house. Spectacular view from clearly defined paths. Trail maps will be provided. A Tibetan monastery in the park is within a long walking distance or available by car. Instructions provided. Wine tasting in the renowned Penedes region is within 30 minutes by car.
Booking notes
All payments should be made by bank transfer unless other arrangements are made. A 40% deposit will be required upon booking. This amount will be non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due 5 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation refunds (applicable to the 60% final payment) are as follows:
Up to 4 weeks: 50% of payment returned
Between 2-4 weeks: 25% of payment will be returned
Less than 2 weeks: No refund
