Notes on accommodation
The luxury villa is furnished to a high specification throughout, with filtered water, central heating, air-conditioning, central music distribution, TV/video/DVD players, the villa has all you need to make your stay both comfortable and luxurious.
Outside
Within the grounds of the villa is a magnificent 30ft mosaic solar heated swimming pool set on a large terracotta sun terrace, which is partially covered for shade. From the terrace are simply spectacular views of the mountains and the golf course below in the citrus valley of Cortijo Grande.
For an alternative to the pool, and particularly inviting for off-season bookings, there is a Sun Spa hot tub, again with stunning views down to the valley below. To the west of the villa lies a secluded walled garden.

Nearest airport is Almeria (45 minutes from villa on motorway).
A car is essential as Casa Phoenix is 3km from the nearest town (Turre). Good car hire facilities at Almeria airport.
