With a 5 minute walk down to Burriana Beach and the restaurants and bars on the sand. Golden Hill is a great place to enjoy Nerja and the lovely places nearby. The house is terraced built with splendid views of the sea and the mountains. Sun all day long on several terraces. On the top terrace you have a private little pool - there is also a community pool just over the street. On the second terrace is a summer kitchen with barbecue and fridge. From the master bedroom you have access to a small and from the lounge to another huge terrace. The house is well equipped with air-conditioning, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster.

Second terrace is a summer kitchen with barbecue and fridge. Private Pool with sun loungers on the roof terrace.
Coast/Beach
5 minute walk down to Burriana Beach and the restaurants on the sand. Nerja has several beaches, Burriana being the biggest. There's a lovely drive to La Herrudura via the beautiful National Park coastal road, or to get there faster, use the new motorway extension, which will one day go all the way to Granada. It is very different to Nerja and with some great restaurants on the beach. We love the little restaurants on the sand - just before Torrox Pueblo - a few minutes drive out of Nerja.
Golf
Baviara Golf is about 25 km away and other courses a bit further, ask us for details if this of particular interest. There are also tennis courts 3 minutes away by car.
Skiing
You would not believe, but in winter you can ski in the morning and take a swim in the sea. From Nerja to the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada it is just a 2 hour drive. The snow is usually good throughout the season. There is also a ski-bus from Nerja in the morning which brings you directly into the ski resort. Also you'll get a discount on your ski pass.

This is one of the most fertile and beautiful regions of Europe, rich in flora and fauna, with spectacular scenery and fantastic views. Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga airport. The distance is approx 75km and is a very straightforward journey mainly down the motorway to Nerja. A car is not essential but certainly it will enhance your holiday. The price of a hire car will be from 115 euros per week - insurance incl. I´ll assist with booking it. If you have reservations on driving yourself, a private airport transfer costs one way 65 euros. Or a public bus to Nerjas takes 2 - 3 hours with a change in Malaga.

A booking deposit of 30% is required to secure a booking, with the balance due in cash (euros) on arrival. A 150 euro returnable deposit will be charged against key return and breakages.
