Superb Villa set in beautiful tropical gardens, sleeps 4, possibly the best swimming pools in Nerja exlusive to guests and residents of San Juan De Capistrano is a beautifully landscaped Andalusian style village set in fabulous tropical gardens on the edge of a national park. Situated 1km from Burriana beach and Nerja town centre and the spectacular Balcone de Europe. Superb communal pools with an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and mini supermarket situated at pool complex - famous authentic family run restaurant 2 minutes away with superb cuisine.

Accommodation description

Large double bedroom, fitted wardrobes and furniture. Ceiling fan, windows and spanish shutters.

The bathroom is fully tiled with large shower cubicle.

Fully equipped fitted kitchen, fridge/freezer, full oven & ceramic hob, microwave, toaster etc.
Washing machine, iron, hair dryer are all supplied.

Utility Room:
Washing machine.

Living Rooms:
Double sofa bed - splits into two singles, cable TV (BBC/Sky etc) and DVD player. An assortment of cd's & DVD's to suit all tastes is provided. Ceiling Fan.

Balcony with patio furniture, sun canopy, south facing, sunny all day, with magnificent views of the sea and mountains. Nightlights and stunning romantic view in the evening.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Everything is included except beach towels. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly and a weekly cleaning service is provided if required.

There are a few little steps to the property so it is not wheelchair accessible although has tasteful handrails. We have had several pensioners stay here with no problems. The property manager will assist with luggage on arrival and departure.

Fantasstic Swimming pools with an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and supermarket situated at pool complex. Beautfiul walks, National park on the doorstep and seaviews wherever you look.

There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom and heating is provided for the winter.

Notes on prices
from time to time there will be special promotions for families and wedding couples so please ensure when you book you advise of any special occasions. Prices are inclusive of up to 2 people staying at the property. There is a 50 euros subsidy added for each extra person per week.

Changeover day
We prefer Sat to Sat bookings at peak weeks but try to accommodate for people who cannot manage these dates. Departure is normally by 10:00am and arrival after 2:00pm but again we try to be as flexible as we can.

Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required when booking with the balance due 10 weeks before the holiday. A booking form is emailed and we do require that it is completed and returned (online). Payment is by bank transfer.

About the area

the Famous Burriana beach is 1.5km away and all the other beaches and romantic beach coves of Nerja are just a few minutes on the local bus service if you don't want to drive or 5 minutes walk.

Baveria Golf course is 15 min drive away.

The Sierra Nevada slopes are just over 1 hours drive away.

Special Interest Holidays
We are situated right on the edge of the national park, if you wanted to you can step out of the front door and within 20 paces be in the National park. It's ideal for walkers or just those seeking a tranquil spot away from the hustle and bustle.

How to get there
Malaga airport is 45 min away and Granada is less than 90 min drive. Whilst a car is not necessary as there is a local shuttle bus into town, we can offer Car hire at discounted rates and airport transfers are also available at discounted rates to guests at capuccinos san juan capistrano.

The famous caves of Nerja are within walking distance. Nerja town centre is 2-3 min drive.
The Aquapool complex at Torre Del Mar is 15 min drive.

Further Details
Nerja has a fabulous collection of over 400 bar and international restaurants, art galleries, live music, open air concerts on the Balcone de Europe, horse drawn carriages, without being commercialised and spoiled with an abundance of history and stunning coastal and mountain surroundings.

I stayed there with my partner for a romantic weekend and fell totally in love with the villa and the surroundings. We have since been married at the famous tower restaurant which you can see from the balcony and have been back each year to rekindle the memory.

About the Owner

Hello, my name is Ellie Dee owner of villa Capuccinos 7, San Juan Capistrano. I bought this villa two years ago, having looked across the nerja area of spain. Coming across to San Juan always fills me with joy, as the views, the beaches, the walks and the stunning scenary take my breath away.

I have many local friends and neighbours in Nerja and on the famous Balcone de Europa, you may occasionally find me singing with the local bands.

I also have a corporate events company and when people come to stay at the villa whether it be for weddings or a romantic get away, I am able to help with their requirements with many contacts local to the area both in music, photography, car hire, restaurant bookings etc.

I hope you enjoy revisiting this beautiful place as much as I do.

Having travelled around Spain for a couple of years, and revisited this beautiful place with its coastline, mountain and sea views its the perfect get away whether for months or weeks at a time or simply a long weekend. Its easy to get to, is in beautiful surrounding completely unspoiled yet easy to get into town or simply relax by the best swimming pool in Nerja.

Nearby restaurant, quiet, swimming pool is the best in nerja and exclusive to San Juan owners and guests. Fantastic coastal walks and stunning views from the balcony of the mountains and sea. Truly spectacular views day and night. Very romantic.
