Villa Los Escorpios is situated on the beachfront in the bay of La Fustera. The villa has a fantastic position overlooking the small sandy beach to which it has direct access. The area boasts many facilities including a large supermarket, banks, bars and restaurants and a clinic, all within five minutes walk. There is a small harbour close by with facilities for sailing, kayaking, scuba-diving, snorkelling and other water activities. There are many more beaches and hidden coves along the coast to explore. There are several golf courses in the area, the nearest being 15 minutes drive away.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has full central heating. Suitable for children as the property is totally enclosed. Direct access to beach through garden gate across pedestrian promenade.
Accessibility
Unfortunately access to the house is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Mature garden with many palm trees and tropical plants. Parking in large enclosed private drive. Spacious open terrace with seating area. Pool terrace with 8 x 4 kidney shaped pool and sun beds. BBQ area and poolside shower.
Coast/Beach
Walking distance to beach, 1 minute.
Golf
Moraira (Ifach) Golf course is 15 mins by car and is a 9 hole course. Visitors are welcome. Javea Golf course is 30 mins by car, although classified as an 18 hole course, there are 9 greens played off 18 different tees. Visitors are accepted with a handicap certificate. La Sella Golf course is 35 mins by car and is a full 18 hole course. Visitors are welcome. Benidorm also has 2 newly completed 18 hole courses.
Special interest holidays
Fantastic coastal and mountain walks. Amazing scenery for the artist and photographer. Plenty of facilities for water sports. Various safari parks, water parks and theme parks are within half an hours drive.
Travel
Alicante is the closest airport one hours drive away. Valencia is one and a quarter hours drive and Murcia two and a half hours drive.
Distances
The villa is situated 10 mins drive from Calpe, 15 mins from Benissa and Moraira. Benidorm, Javea and Altea are all within 40 mins drive.

On confirmation of booking a 50% deposit is required.
