This amazing villa can sleep up to 20 people and is perfect for large groups to holiday in luxury and style, and to enjoy special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. Every detail in this villa has been carefully thought about giving you that ultimate holiday of a lifetime, and disabled access on the whole ground floor. There are 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 4 lounge areas with sofa beds and 5 kitchens giving you the space that you require. Set in 2.5 acres of olive groves there is an abundance of terraces, patio areas and pergolas to enjoy the perfect alfresco dining experience after a long day of touring Andalucia or just relaxing in the sunshine. There is a large heated pool, jacuzzi, inflatables for children and a games area to keep all ages entertained and we can organise many activities including a beautician for the day, aqua aerobics, pilates, salsa classes and even hot paella delivered to the door. Our villa offers the home from home feel so come and sample Andalucia!

Changeover day
During the summer holiday changeovers are Saturday to Saturday but we can flexible the rest of the year so please ask and we can check for you. Arrival is after 3pm and you are required to vacate at by 10am.

| Kitchen: | There are 5 kitchens in total offering you hobs, ovens, microwaves and full equipment to be able to cook lovely meals. We also have two BBQ areas, one underneath the grapevine perfect for alfresco dining. All kitchens are fully equipped. |
| Utility Room: | There is a kitchen/utility near the pool area great for outside parties and BBQs. In here it is great to serve drinks for the day time by the pool and to prepare for your group parties. A washing machine is also available in here. |
| Living Rooms: | In total are 4 lounge areas one being very large with a 42 inch plasma with full sky sports. In 3 of the lounge areas are excellent quality double sofa beds and TVs with English channels. The main lounge has a large log fire for cooler Winter evening. |
| Other: | We have many pergolas, patio areas, a roof terrace and large games area. There is a large pergola with seating and a TV with Sky sports, well known as the 'sports bar'! The big 6 seater hot tub is brand new with 80 jets, LED lighting and top of the range. |

Towels and the best linen is provided for your stay. We do not supply beach towels. There are even christy dressing gowns for your comfort. We are also able to organise food deliveries to the door for you and book restaurants including taxis if required. |

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have either air-conditioning, ceiling fans or stand up fans, and likewise they have heating in for the cooler evenings in the Winter months. Our villa is perfect for all ages and we have many things on site for children including the games area, play station 2 and pool inflatables.
Accessibility
All of our ground floor is accessible for a wheelchair user with wider doors and the patios, games area and pool area is also accessible. We offer a lovely room with disabled facilities with an open bathroom and adjustable chair and supports.
Outside
Our grounds are amazing. Set in two and a half acres of olive groves you will have views to die for everywhere you look. There are many terraces, pergolas and patios to chill out on and as our property is so large you will be able to find a quiet corner to relax at all times. The BBQ area in situated under a lovely grapevine and in August you will be able to pick grapes every day. The villa is beautiful and the outside areas something you will just love. There is a large car park for all of your vehicles. Supplied are comfortable outside tables and chairs for that wonderful alfresco dining and there are so many different areas to choose to eat its like having a different holiday every night. All our outside facilities are second to none and totally unique to our area. The lovely heated pool is great for all year round holidays and the jacuzzi and games area is the ultimate relaxation time with all your friends and family. This is a holiday not to be missed!
Coast/Beach
We have a local beach at our beautiful Iznajar lake. It is very peaceful and never full or overcrowded, which makes it a pleasure to visit. There is a lovely beach bar with great food and this is a great day out. If you want, you can then get to the coastal beaches in 45 minutes.
Golf
Antequera golf is situated 30 minutes from our villa and is fantastic. Many people travel up from Marbella and the coast to use this as the course is so good and you can either travel there yourself or take a taxi/mini bus for the day organised by myself. If you want to you can also go to the coast for golf as Malaga is only 45 minutes drive.
Skiing
Skiing is easy to reach from our villa, the Sierra Nevada slopes are 1 hour and 20 minutes drive. There is a local company who does trips for the day with full packages that can be designed to your specific needs. A perfect Winter holiday is to relax at our wonderful villa in the sunshine and then spend a couple of days skiing so you really do have the best of both worlds.
Special interest holidays
We are able to organise anything at our villa from painting courses, how to cook paella, whisky tasting down to the more energetic quad biking. If you have any special requests, don't hesitate to ask.
Travel
You can fly in Granada/Jaen airport which is 40 minutes from the villa or Malaga which is 45 minutes. It is also possible to fly to Madrid and then get an interlink flight or drive to us.
Many people this year have also come to our villa from Barcelona and again have had an interlink flight or drove.
Seville airport is also 2 hours away and Gibraltar airport is 2 hours away so you have a good choice of arriving at our villa in reasonable times.
Distances
In walking distance we have a few tapas bars that are cheap and serve good quality food. Iznajar is 10 minutes away and we are also only 10 minutes from the main A92 motorway for touring all of Andalucia. Antequera has some fantastic buildings to see and also a classy shopping centre with designer cheap clothes. Some fantastic places recommended to see are the El Torcal Mountains, Alhambra Palace in Granada, The mesquita in Cordoba and the beautiful town of Ronda.

This villa is perfect for all ages as there are many facilities to suit everyone.There is a large heated pool, a beautiful jacuzzi and a large games area with a pool table, table tennis and darts. There are pool inflatables for everyone to use and mountain bikes if you fancy exploring. We can organise a karaoke evening for you upon request, and there is also a poker table and many books to read. At the villa we also have kayaks that you are most welcome to take to the beach on the lake for a fun day out. We are able to offer a beautician on site for a pamper day, Pilate's classes, aqua aerobics, salsa classes, a chef of your own for BBQ or gala buffets provided. We can also organise flamenco evenings by the pool or a coach hire to take you to the city for a special evening out. If you are celebrating a special occasion we can also organise local restaurants for you and learn how to make paella. This is a holiday of a lifetime not to be missed.
Booking notes
On booking a £1000 deposit is taken to remove the dates from sale and secure your reservation. Your balance for your holiday is then due two months before your arrival date. We take a £500 breakages deposit that is refunded as soon as your holiday is finished if there is no damage or breakages. The prices quoted are for self catering. If you do want some meals catered for then please ask and a price will then be worked out from the English and Spanish chef in town.

We booked the villa 28th May 11 with 16 of our family and friends to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary, and right from the beginning we knew we had made the right choice. Lisa took all the stress out of all the organising. she answered every email promptly and with suggestions and recommendations for all our arrangements. she was so patient with me and never gave me the impression that I was any bother. After months of planning we finally arrived at the most beautiful, perfect villa set in the most beautiful spanish countryside ever! Lisa and Nigel were waiting to greet us and from that moment on I knew it was going to be a perfect week! They were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The villa was so perfect. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with loads of lovely personal touches. Myself Lisa and my husband Nigel have been running Casa Pino Solo now for 5 years after making the move to Spain. Previous to this move I spent 14 years managing restaurants after training to be a chef and then moving directions into the management side of things.We both dreamt of our move for a long time and wanted to own a property where we could provide holidays for people and use my skills of hospitality and knowledge to ensure everyone had a great stay. Once we found our property the rest all fitted in to place and now 5 years down the line we have a wonderful villa where everyone has a fantastic holiday. After searching all of the South of Spain on the coast and inland for around 8 years we eventually found our perfect location, Iznajar. We chose to buy here due its fantastic location and proximity to all the wonderful cities of Andalucia. Our luxury villa is only 10 minutes from the main motorway of Andalucia that gives you easy access to tour Granada, Malaga, Seville, Cordoba, Ronda, Priego De Cordoba plus many more places including white washed villages that are wonderful, the real Spain!
You can enjoy our wonderful views and peaceful location even though all amenities are close by. The villa is filled with luxury items and many activities for your group and being only 10 minutes from Iznajar beach and lake gives you the luxury of choice of visiting the beach or staying at the villa.
