Located right on the beach. Fully air conditioned apartment overlooking the beach. Modern decor, the property contains 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and separate shower room. The apartment is accessible by lift or stairway. The balcony with spectacular sea views has patio furniture provided. There is a swimming pool located at the rear of the property for guests use. Los Locos beach is adjacent and I have provided parasols, beach mats etc for guests usage. There are many bars, restaurants and shops within minutes.

Notes on accommodation
Fully air conditioned (hot and cold). Ideal for familes as well as young couples. The main booker must be 21 + years old.
Accessibility
Although this property is located on the fourth floor it is accessible by lift and is suitable for disabled persons (with limited access).
Outside
Private outdoor pool at rear of property for residents and guests only. Furnished patio area.
Coast/Beach
Playa de Los Locos beach is adjacent to apartment building. It is an award winning European Blue Flag beach for cleanliness. The children’s play area is located directly on the beach and opposite the apartment.
Golf
There are three 18 hole championship courses within 20 minutes driving distance.
Travel
Alicante and Murcia airports are approximately a 40 minute drive away. Car hire is not essential. Airport transfers can arranged at time of booking for an additional charge. There is a bus stop adjacent to the property so travelling and touring locally is easy.
Distances
A 5 minute walk away from the apartment along the promenade is the beach, bars, shops and restaurants of Playa Del Cura. This is a totally pedestrianised area. If you wish to venture into Torreveija main town it is a lovely 20 minute walk along the promenade with sea views all the way.
Further details
For your convenience there is a bakery, supermarket, butchers and fishmongers located close to the property.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking. Bookings are confirmed when this deposit payment has been received. The remainder of the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival date. Payment is acceptable by cheque or bank transfer. Cheque payments must clear before booking is confirmed. For last minute bookings payment by cash upon arrival can be arranged.

We booked this apartment specifically for the location. We were here last year and noted the area for future reference as it was so handy to everything. First holiday in years where no car hire was needed so everyone got a great rest. The local bars and restaurants are excellent and even though the kitchen is fully equipped we ate out every night. We all had a great time. Great location, great beach. We went as a 3 couple group and between the 6 of us this was such good value for money holiday. The night life locally and in main town was excellent. Number 1 spot for Irish and English pubs. Owen, Dublin
