The property can be rented as 1 or 2 bedroomed accommodation for 2 or 4 people. Outside stairs lead to where you can while the hours away in the sunshine or maybe have a BBQ whilst you enjoy the views.

| Kitchen: | Newly fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, and gas hob and all other conveniences toaster/slow cooker/sandwich toaster. |

| Living Rooms: | Living/dining room with leather sofas and dining table and chairs. There is a TV, DVD and mini hifi for your entertainment. Sky channels are available but don't include the full package. |
| Other: | There are cooling ceiling fans in both bedrooms for the summer heat and a fan in the lounge too. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The property will be clean and prepared for your arrival and on your departure. Bed linen and towels are provided - you can use the washing machine mid week if you wish to launder your linen. Beach towels are not provided. |

Outside
There is a fantastic roof terrace, where you will find sun loungers and an outside table and chairs (for 4 people) and an umbrella for shade.
There is also a patio to the rear with further dining furniture and a patio to the front of the property.
Coast/Beach
Mojacar has a long and sandy beach, lined by "Chirringuita's" (Beach Bars) where you can have a drink or dine too if you wish.
Mojacar Village is about 2km away and is a stunning Moorish village perched on the hillside with narrow winding streets and a host of Bars, Restaurants and shops - its best seen in the evening when there's a great buzz about it.
Travel
The nearest airport is Almeria which is about 90 kms away and takes less than 1 hour by car. Car hire is reasonably priced and although not essential for your stay, is recommended.
Murcia is about 90 minutes away, but not necessarily cheaper to travel from there as there are toll road which adds to the cost of travelling. Alicante is further afield at approx a 2 hour drive.
Distances
Mojacar Playa boasts 6 miles of uncluttered sandy beaches, dotted with beach bars, shops, restaurants, mini golf and children's play areas. Set back from the beach front are residential properties and a few hotels, but strict local laws have managed to protect the coast against becoming a high rise concrete jungle like the surrounding Costas.
Garrucha, Villaricos, Caroneras and Vera Playa are all within easy reach - inland villages such as Bedar and Sorbas are well worth a visit too.
Further details
The Costa de Almeria is the warmest and sunniest region in the whole of Europe with over 320 days of sunshine a year. The area includes the Cabo de Gata National Park with its spectacular mountainous coastline, secluded beaches and fascinating bird life on its coastal lagoon.
