The apartment is situated on the first floor which offers added security. During the height of the summer a security guard will be in attendance around the pool area. There is usually plenty of parking space at the front of the building. There are several restaurants within a short walk and many more further away if you don't mind a longer walk. The sandy beach is very safe, and in season has lifeguards in attendance. A small supermarket is near the beach and another about 5 minutes walk inland.
