Changeover day
Changeover flexible in low and mid season. Preferably Saturday or Sunday in high and peak season. Arrival 4pm and departure 10am. This may be flexible depending on guests before/after.

Utility Room: Washing machine and dryer, sink unit and storage presses.
Living Rooms: Modern, beautifully furnished living room/dining room with 3 sofas and coffee table, lamp tables, side tables etc, large Sony TV with Sky Satellite package (sports etc), DVD, radio/CD player, dining table and 6 chairs.

Extensive gardens with beautiful shrubs, trees etc. 2 pools including 1 heated plus childrens pool. Showers and sunbeds onsite, very comfortable. 2 mins to best beach in Marbella. Nice to spend morning on beach and afternoon at pools. Or lots of golf courses nearby (5 min drive).

Coast/Beach
Close to best beach in Marbella, 2 minute walk. Lovely long sandy beach with sun loungers etc and good restaurants. Great for walking or sun worshipping. Very suitable for children.

Golf
Santa Maria Golf - 5 min drive, very popular course. Santa Clara Golf club - 7 min drive. Rio Real Golf club - 8 min drive, long course. Marbella golf - 7 min drive, difficult course. La Cala 3 courses - 15 min drive. Santana golf course - 15 min drive, lovely course. El Chapparel - 15 min drive, challenging course.

Travel
Nearest airport is Malaga, approx 35 minute drive. Bus at airport or taxi or car rental also available.

Distances
Situated in Elviria with lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, hairdressers etc all close by. 10 mins drive to Marbella city and Puerto Banus. Approx 35 mins to Malaga, approx 2 hrs drive to Seville and approx 90 mins drive to Granada

Further details
The Alanda club is nearby with nightly entertainment and indoor pool, outdoor pools, snooker, internet, gym, restaurants, kiddies club etc

Booking notes
Contact me directly, then 25% booking deposit plus remainder 6 weeks in advance. Damage deposit also required and will be refunded on departure.

Guest comments
We had a lovely time, nice outlook from the balcony, nice and quiet. We had lovely walks along the beach, lovely meals at the Elviria. We loved having loads of space in the big bed to the point of going out to buy one! Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Regards Sue and Paul Pike also Tim and Wendy Steele.
We had a wonderful break in "Elviria", sorry I did not book a day or two more. Really nice apartment (more like a house) loved staying there and dined in a couple of nights which was nice and relaxing. Especially liked "Rosmarino" dined there a few evenings. Thanks again for everything and we do hope to go back in the future. Regards Edward. We found the apartment to be exactly what we were looking for, it was very close to bars/restaurants and the beach.We did not want to hire a car and we certainly did not need to. Very spacious in the living areas. Bedrooms were perfect, with en suite each. Balcony was great with lovely views over the well manicured gardens and pools, Alison.
