Accessibility
The property is on the 1st floor with lift access. Not really suitable for non-able bodied people as there are no bathroom facilites.

The apartment is situated close to the shared pool and paddling/baby pool. Toilet and changing facilities are in the pool area. Two further pools are in the same complex. Terrace has a table and seats 6. The apartment is in a secure gated community for residents only.

The coast and beech is 10 minutes drive from the apartment.

La Cala Hills is situated in golf valley and surrounded by top quality courses. There are about 30 courses within a short drive.
