Nestling amongst one of the many olive and almond groves which scatter the outskirts of Javea, and with the impressive Montgo mountain as a spectacular backdrop, the luxury villa offers the ideal tranquil location in which to spend your holiday. The 450 sq mt property, set in a 4500 sq mt flat plot, forms a stylish combination of the 200 yr old traditional finca and tasteful modern extension.

The Marriott La Sella 18 hole Golf course and spa are only five minutes drive from the villa. Dine out in one of the four restaurants which are within 5 minutes walk from the villa or ask them to prepare a traditional paella which you can enjoy by your pool watching the sun go down or cook on the BBQ.
The Arenal (sandy beach area) and port area are 10 minutes drive away. Enjoy late nights at the many bars and restaurants of the Arenal, stroll along the stylish port area or have traditional tapas in the historic old town. Visit the weekly market on Thursday.

Notes on accommodation
The GYM contains Lifefitness commercial equipment - a cross trainer, treadmill, leg press, dual pulley system, recumbent bike, benches and free weights. In addition to these we have an inversion table, stepper, concept 2 rower plus body bars, swiss ball, boxing gloves and pads.

The stretch area is suitable for Pilates and Yoga classes for small groups.

The villa has dual air con / heating, wall mounted units. It also has central heating and some rooms have ceiling fans.

Children are welcome but toddlers must be supervised. There is a gate to the roof terrace. The outdoor pool is not fenced off.

Accessibility
The villa is generally wheelchair friendly as the property is on one level and the grounds are flat. It is however better suited to someone able to walk a few steps rather than totally wheelchair dependent as there are two steps between the kitchen and lounge area. The indoor pool shower room is suitable for wheelchair access but the ensuite bathrooms are not ideal.
The indoor pool has an electric hoist for wheelchair access.

Outside
Secluded property, no neighbours visible. Private 8x4m Roman outdoor pool with 3m deep end. Indoor 8x4m exercise pool, electric hoist and pool cover 1.4m deep end. 8 Teak sunloungers with cushions. Secluded roof terrace overlooking the valley. Outdoor wooden dining tables and chairs for 8.
Large inbuilt BBQ. Small lawned area, large terraced area by pool + decking. Olive grove at bottom of pool.

Coast/Beach
Javea is a small coastal town divided into three parts ie Port area, historic old town and Arenal, sandy beach area. By car, the old town is 5 mins away and the port and beach are 10 mins drive.
There are many coves dotted along the Javea coastline.

Golf
Marriott La Sella Denia Golf and Spa resort, 5 minutes drive.
Javea 9 hole course 5 mins drive.
Oliva Nova golf resort within 30 mins drive.

Special interest holidays
Personal Training, aqua aerobics, aerobics, Pilates and Yoga classes are all available at the villa but must be booked in advance. Massage and meditation are also available.
Please ask for the list of activities available.

Travel
Car hire is essential.
Alicante and Valencia are the nearest airports. Both are around 100 Km from Javea and take around one hour journey time to the villa.
