A walk along promanade takes you into Los Boliches, and Fuengirola. Or the train which runs every half hour takes 2 mins to Los Boliches and 4 mins. to Fuengirola Easily accessible to Mijas; Marbella; Benalmadena; Torremolinos; Water parks, cable cars and large open market in Los boliches every Tuesday.

About the owner
We are a married couple in our early sixties. We have four children and six grandchildren. We live in Maldon in Essex, near the river Blackwater. We enjoy life on the water as we have a boat. We enjoy nature and scenic walks. We love cooking, mainly Mediterranean type food. We are both still working. We both like gardening and have a small courtyard style garden that is just right to eat alfresco in. We are looking forward to our retirement so that we may spend more time in Spain, our favourite place.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We like the area, as it is peaceful, with nice restaurants, bars, and local shops nearby. But is only a five minute train ride to the buzz of Fuengirola, Benalmadena or Torremolinos. And it is very handy for the local train station, which is only a 7 minute walk away. The beach is lovely and has a blue flag award. The promenade stretches towards Fuengirola and beyond and it provides a pleasant stroll.

Unique benefits of the property
Easy access from Malaga airport by train, which takes about 30 minutes. Which is reasonably priced at about one euro 50 cents. The apartment is close to the small station about 7 minutes walk away. It is a spacious one bed apartment, with a large balcony overlooking the large swimming pool. The balcony has a nice open aspect to the surrounding area. Also with a view to the sea. We have decorated it with a modern homely feel, as we and our children use it as well. There is everything you could possibly need in the apartment, including books and a large selection of DVD's and CD's. It is a gated property, which makes it very private to residents only.
