Situated at the end of a small cul-de-sac with easy parking. The accommodation is spacious with sea views from every room. A large private terrace with protected seating area even on a windy or rainy day, is the ideal place to spend the day. The property is built over two levels with one bedroom and bathroom on the same level as the lounge/dining room, kitchen, terrace and pool and the other two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor.

Notes on accommodation
There are portable air fans in all bedrooms and lounge. Portable air conditioning units can be rented at a cost of €70 per week. The villa is suitable for children of all ages. The entrance of the villa comprises 18 external steps and might not be suitable for people with walking difficulties

Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga approx. 40 minutes drive. We can help order airport transport at a cost of €70 for 4 people of €90 for 6 people.

Booking notes
When booking the villa, we will send you a booking form which we will require you to complete and return to us. At this stage a booking deposit of 20% becomes payable, unless your holiday is less than 6 weeks away, the full amount will be due to be paid on booking. We will send you a confirmation of payment once our bank has notified us of the credit received.
