There is also a double sofa-bed in the lounge Situated in the popular Capistrano Village complex which is 25 minutes walk from Burriana beach and even closer to Nerja town centre. The complex has a number of swimming pools, a restaurant, poolside bar, supermarket and a regular bus service into the town. The property is newly decorated and equipped with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay.

Changeover days are usually at weekends, but they can be flexible.

Accessibility
The property is not suitable for people with mobility problems, as there are steps leading to the property and to the pool area.
Outside
The garden is planted with roses, bougainvillea and geraniums and has a sea view. There is a paved patio area and a retractable sun canopy. 2 sunbeds and a dining table with 4 chairs are provided for the use of guests. The complex has various pools, one of them very close to the house. The complex also has beautiful gardens and walkways.
Coast/Beach
Nerja has several beaches, the nearest to the apartment is Burriana beach which is about a 25 minute walk away. The other beaches can be reached by car in ten minutes. The complex has a regular bus service into Nerja.
Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga, which is about 45 minutes by car. There is a bus service from the airport to Nerja.It would be helpful to have the use of a car,but it is not essential as there is a good bus service.
Distances
Frigiliana, a beautiful white Andalusian village is only 10 km away. Maro and Nerja Caves are 4 km away. The nearest golf course is 15 minute's drive from Capistrano.
Further details
There is a big international supermarket, just a few minutes walk from the village, and just outside (5 minute's walk) is a tennis club. Nerja has lots of restaurants,bars,shops,banks etc.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and full payment 6 weeks prior to arrival.
