This charming villa set high up in the hills, has been lovingly converted and offers panoramic views over avocado and olive groves to the mountains beyond. Less than 3km (the last 500m on a winding, bumpy track) from the white washed village of Competa, Casa de las Flores is particularly appealing for keen walkers who will relish the challenge of trekking through the surrounding Sierras de Almijara and Tejeda. The colourful gardens brim with an abundance of vivid flowers. Geraniums, petunias, nasturtiums overflow from bright painted pots and jasmine and bougainvillea cascade down from trellis onto the patio and small terraces. The villa is full of character and has a comfortably furnished living – dining room, with vaulted, beamed ceiling, shuttered windows and a wood burning stove. Whilst the villa has its own pool, for those who prefer a refreshing dip in the sea, the sandy beaches of Torrox Costa and Nerja are just a short drive away.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
A welcome pack can be provided if required for an additional cost of £12, the welcome pack will consist of:- milk, bread, eggs, butter, cheese and wine.
A deposit of £100 is required against damage/breakages. A separate cheque is required with the final payment, which will be returned after departure.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. The property is available from 4:00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure.

Booking notes
A 20% non-returnable deposit is required at time of booking, with the balance being paid 8 weeks prior to date of holiday.
At the end of your stay, the property must be left in a clean and tidy condition, any additional cleaning, over and above what is considered reasonable, will be charged at a rate of £10 per hour.

We had a great time at your villa and will certainly recommend it to others and return again ourselves. It suited the 3 of us perfectly. If all 4 of us can make a holiday then we would be interested in your other nearby villa.
Linda was really helpful with local advice etc. as well as leaving us some water and milk on Sunday when even Eroski was closed.

Just got back from a fantastic week in your Villa in Competa and rather than leave message in visitors book would like to thank you personally for letting us stay in such a wonderfull place , Sandra and Myself have stayed in Competa now 6 times over last 5 years but always in town houses in village , but with the addition this time of our Grandaughter (8) we decided a pool was a must, we all fell in love with the house as soon as we walked in, and must admit had tears in our eyes when we left.
