Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time is 3pm. Departure time is 11am unless agreed for a later time, at the time of booking.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has a/c hot and cold, security shutters and intercom system, it is in a nice quiet area. It has also been let for long term but has become available as of now. All in all it is a joy for holiday makers of all ages.
Accessibility
The apartment is suitable for the less able due to being at ground level, however, please bear in mind that it wasn't constructed or adapted for wheelchair users and also you will have to step into a bath to shower.
Outside
The access to the complex is through own keys entry gate. The apartment has its own private parking place. The swimming pool is shared by only five other apartments and is surrounded by beautiful pine trees as well as orange and palm trees. From the terrace you can see the surrounding mountains of Marbella. There is also Puerto Banús weekly market 10 minutes walk away.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes walk to Playas del Duque and Nueva Andalucia beaches.
Golf
For golf lovers, there are five golf courses all within 5 minutes drive, including the famous La Quinta and La Dama de Noche. Within twenty minutes drive there are further 18 courses.
Travel
The apartment is 40 miles from Malaga airport. The bus is running frequently to all the local areas included San Pedro, Estepona, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Malaga. Day trips can be made to Gibraltar, North Africa, Seville, Nerja, Granada, Cordoba and the mountain villages of Ronda or Mijas.
Distances
10 to 15 minutes walk to the harbour, it has one of the most cosmopolitan environments in all the Mediterranean and continues to be one of Marbella’s solidest tourist attractions. Within 20 minutes walk is San Pedro: This town sits between Puerto Banus and Estepona. It is an Andalucian style town with an abundance of shops, tapas bars and restaurants. The Rock of Gibraltar is about 40 minutes drive for even more duty free shopping.
Further details
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable on booking, the balance should be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental. A full payment is required unless the booking is more than 8 weeks in advance.
Booking notes
Cancellation refunds. 6-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded.
Less than 6 weeks no refunds will be made, so you are advised to include cancellation cover in your travel insurance. Payment to be made by Pay Pal, bank cheque or bank transfer. Other methods of payment by request. A £100 security deposit is also required against breakages, key loss or damages, to be refunded within 1 month of vacation, subject to property inspection.

House swap
There a lots of activities to do around the area all within a short driving distance. Tivoli World is the biggest amusement park on the Coast. With more than 40 rides, musical shows for all ages, restaurants for all tastes.
