Property freshly cleaned prior to your arrival and after departure, but please leave clean! Mid stay clean by available by arrangement. Bed linen included in weekly price, towel bundle per person available upon request for 6 euros per person. |

Outside
The apartment has well maintained gardens with sea views and views over the pool and communal gardens. The beaches of Empuries are a 2 minute walk away.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beaches of Empuries and the picturesque beach side walk are only 2 minutes away to the left, which pass the largest Greek and Roman ruins in Europe. The sandy beach in the centre of L'Escala is only 2 minutes walk away to the right. The coastline is beautiful around this area. There is a "road train" which runs regularly through the village providing access to the other local beaches, and areas of L'Escala.
Travel
L'Escala is 45 minutes drive from Girona airport, served by Ryanair. Perpignan airport is 1 hour away (Ryanair) Barcelona airport is 1.5 hours away. Please ask if airport transfers are needed, these can easily be arranged.
Distances
L'Escala is just a 2 minute walk away, for all main banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, shops, market etc.
Sant Marti is a beautiful, old village with many great restaurants, and is a 20 minute stroll down the beach side walk, well worth a visit. Figureres is 40 minutes by car where the Salvador Dali art and jewellery museums are worth a visit. Girona is 45 minutes by car and is very interesting, also worth a visit.
Further details
The apartment is located on the edge of the old town of L'Escala, where many different types of restaurants for all budgets and tastes can be found. There are also many banks, a supermarket, local fruit and vegetable market, butcher, fishmongers, newsagents, clothes and shoe shops, wine shops etc. can be found.
L'Escala has plenty of water sports available around the harbour, also where boat trips go from to Cadaques, L'Estartit etc.
