Outside
The outside of Villa Picasso has a lovely round private pool surrounded by patios on different levels, plants and rockery add a tropical feel to this area. Tables, chairs and sunbeds, gas BBQ for alfresco dining and another patio at the front of the living room for breakfast/alfresco dining with table and chairs and most of all the fantastic views over the countryside, the sunsets are to dream of, whatever you bring, please don't forget a camera, it is a must, you wouldn't what to miss the sunsets here. The peace and quiet is wonderful and views out of this world, nobody ever wants to go home. Relax in the indoor patio or watch a movie on the DVD. Villa Dali has a fantastic private pool, patio & car parking, patio with sunbeds and another patio at the front for alfresco dining with gas BBQ, unobstructed views over the mountains and countryside.

Special interest holidays
Christmas and New Year in real Spain. Watch the parades along the village streets, hear the joyful laughter of the children, fireworks and the 3 Kings. Wonderful times to remember. Don't go without your traditional Christmas feast either, there are a few English run bars that do Christmas turkey and all the trimmings. A special Christmas welcome pack awaits your arrival. The village feria is in August, this is a wonderful time for seeing all the Spanish in their finery Spanish dresses and enjoy the evening at the fairs. The first Sunday in May is Romeria, this is when the whole village of Pruna go to the little church in the countryside with wines, BBQ´s and eat, drink and dance all day, it is a wonderful sight watching the oxen pull the Virgin Mary while the Spanish ladies dance as they walk from the village to the church. This parade passes our ranch. Everyone is made so welcome by the locals and invited to eat and try all their tapas. Easter is always a spectacular time in Spain.
Travel
Airports - Malaga 50 mins, Jerez 40 mins, Sevilla 55 mins. Car a must to visit all the wonderful cities around. Ronda well known and a holiday visit must. Jerez for its sherry tasting and the dancing white horses, Malaga for Museums and shopping and plenty more from the nearby historic towns.
Distances
Pruna is a lovely white village with friendly people. Olvera is also a historical town well worth a visit. A glorious castle and cathedral stand on the top of this welcoming town with superb walking area and sight seeing, don't forget to pick up the local olive oil from both these villages. Plenty of bars for tapas or full breakfast, market days are fun and you can pickup fresh fruit and veg, plenty of bargains here too...
Further details
The local village has supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants. Also a very large supermarket 10 mins away that delivers your groceries. The various activities are huge with sight seeing, bird watching, horse stables for riding, wolf parks, vulture feeding stations as they are a protected bird in Spain. Lakes 30 mins away with bars overlooking the lakes or take a picnic and sit and relax or enjoy watching or taking part in the fishing and canoeing. Cathedrals, castles, sherry and wine tasting places to visit. Or walking on the famous Via Verde an old railway station and line more than 23km for walks and cycle riding or just sit there and watch the World go by over a few coffees. Not forgetting the Jerez Grand Prix circuit for motor sport just 40 mins away.
