The property sits within 5000 metres of almond, olive, grape and citrus groves and is accessed via a good track from the main road. With unlimited parking the house provides ample comfort for 9 persons having a private 8 x 4m pool, 2 terraces equipped with dining areas (main pool area has seating and dining for 16 people), barbecue, sun loungers and swing chair. Inside features a large rustic farmhouse kitchen equipped with washing machine, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave combi oven, juicer and toaster plus all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery required to enjoy your stay. The comfortable lounge includes 2 settees and English freesat television. Fast Wi Fi broadband is also supplied as is a DVD/CD player. The villages of Archez, Canillas and Competa are within a 15 minute drive housing numerous bars, restaurants, shopping and banks. The coast and its beaches are a 30 minute drive away. Granada is a 2 hour drive which includes skiing.

Notes on accommodation
Cooling fans are provided in all bedrooms. There are log fires in the lounge and kitchen areas. The property is exceptionally suited to children.
Accessibility
The property unfortunately due to its location is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
Pool is set in mature gardens on a large terrace including the barbecue area and seating/dining for 16 people. It is private and for the exclusive use of guests and measures 8 x 4 metres with access steps. It is 1.8 metres deep at the deep end and 1.2 metres at the shallow end.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of the coast are but a 30 minute drive and those at Nerja 45 minutes. The beaches all have an extensive range of bars, restaurants, shopping malls and night life available.
Golf
Baviera golf is a 30 minute drive from the property. The golf courses of Mijas and Marbella are a 1 hour drive away.
Skiing
Granada skiing on Sierra Nevada is 1 and a half hours drive away.
Travel
Malaga airport is 1 hour drive from the property, Gibraltar 2 hours and Granada 1 and a half hours.
Distances
Closest village is Archez, a 10 minute drive, with 3 bars and restaurants, shops and a bank. Canillas is a 15 minute drive with 4 restaurants and bars, shops and a bank. Competa is a 20 minute drive with many restaurants, bars, shops and banks.
Booking notes
20% deposit paid into UK bank account when booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday. Cancellation policy: Up to 8 weeks before no charge. Up to 6 weeks before 50%. Up to 4 weeks before 75%. Up to 2 weeks before 100%.
A returnable damage deposit of 200 euros/pounds cash will be expected to be paid upon arrival.
