This lovely 3 bed, 2 bath, south facing sunny semi detached villa is located in a quiet Cul de Sac on the outskirts of Torrevieja, Jardin del Mar, approximately 30 minutes from Alicante or Murcia airports. Jardin del Mar is in a complex of villas with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 mins drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches. It can accommodate a maximum of 7 and is available for either short or long term holiday lets throughout the year. (We also have a ground floor apartment in a nearby road sleeping 5 - please ask for details). It's southern aspect also makes this a warm villa for winter rentals as well as a total sun-trap for all you sun seekers out there! The large communal pool is for residents only and accessed by a key. If needed there are hot/cold air-con units in the lounge and main bedroom available on a meter. Wi Fi is available, please ask for details. Travel cot and high chair available at no extra cost.

Notes on accommodation
It is ideally placed for a short golf break with four courses all within a 20 minute drive of the apartment. There are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the Habaneras shopping Centre, an Aqua-park, Bowling alley and sports complex all within walking distance. This is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches.
Accessibility
One twin bedroom is located on the ground floor next to the downstairs cloakroom so ideal for guests who may have mobility problems.
Outside
At the side of the villa there is a patio area for alfresco dining with table chairs and a stone built BBQ. There is also a gazebo with comfortable outdoor furniture. There are 2 solarium's, one off the main bedroom and one on the roof with sun loungers, for all day sunshine! The enclosed patio with lockable gate makes it safe for those little ones. We have furnished it to make it feel like home, even down to bucket and spades for the children!
Also available for guests use - sun parasol for beach, beach chairs, beach mats, cool boxes, inflatables. Beach towels available at 2.50 euros each for duration of stay (saves space in your luggage!)
Coast/Beach
There are many beautiful unspoilt award winning blue flag beaches which are safe for children with children's facilities and showers. Best beach for us is Guardamar, a 10 mins drive away, always clean, long stretches of beautiful beach and always easy to park.The town of Torrevieja with beach is 3 km away.
Golf
There are 5 lovely championship golf courses all within 20 mins drive, Los Ramblas, Villamartin, Quesada, La Manga and Campamor.
Travel
There are airports at Alicante and Murcia, approx 30 mins away. Airport pickups arranged from 50 euros.
Distances
There are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the Habaneras shopping centre, an aqua-park, bowling Alley, a sports complex and a gym all within walking distance. There is an Irish bar, Spanish bars, Chinese restaurants, Japanese restaurant, English restaurants and an Indian restaurant all within walking distance.
Further details
This is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches. It is about a 1 hour drive to Benidorm and Terra Mitica theme park and Mundomar.
Booking notes
A booking deposit of 25% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations, midweek bookings accepted. Prices shown are per week for up to 6 guests. A small charge is made for a 7th person. No smoking is permitted inside the property. Smoking on the terrace only, please. Car hire is not essential, airport transfers can be arranged from either Murcia or Alicante airport.
