This duplex apartment is located in the beautiful coastal town of La Zenia on the Costa Blanca in Spain and is available for rent throughout the year. La Zenia is one of the most popular and desirable holiday destinations on the Costa Blanca. Located between the towns of Cabo Roig and Playa Flemenca, it boasts one of the blue flag beaches of Cala Bosque and Cala Cerrada.Our 3 bedroom luxury apartment is situated in a quiet location with private entrance and security gates. Only a 2 minute walk to La Zenia commercial centre and 10 minutes walk to La Zenia Beach. There’s a paved coastal walk way that runs from Playa Flemenca, through La Zenia to Cabo Roig which is great if you like walking in the fresh sea air whilst enjoying the breath taking coastal views.

Changeover day
In peak season we try and stick to a weekend turnover and we would kindly ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 10am. However in off peak times we will always try and accommodate our guests as best we can.

Accessibility
This property is not suitable for wheelchair users as it is above an apartment and has a spiral staircase leading to the master bedroom.
Outside
The wrap around sun terrace has sunbathing furniture and tables and chairs. The pool is communal.
Coast/Beach
Our apartment is only 10 minutes walk to the blue flag La Zenia beach. There is also a paved coastal walkway that runs between the towns of Cabo Roig and Playa Flemenca. The clean waters in this area of the Mediterranean are particularly suited for snorkelling and diving. If you would like to learn to dive, there are a number of local instructors. If you are fully qualified, you will be able to just hire the equipment from them.
Golf
If golf is your game, then you will discover La Zenia to be a Golfer's Paradise. No less than 3 world class courses are right at the end of your Sand Wedge. All 3 courses are 72 par, 18 holes. Travel
We are only 20 minutes drive from Murcia (Ryanair) and 45 minutes drive from Alicante (Ryanair and Aer Lingus). We can arrange pick up drop off from either airport.
Further details
Our apartment is only 2 minutes walk from the Paddy's Point bar. The supermarket and local restaurants are also only a couple of minutes walk. There is a local market in Playa Flamenca (open on Saturdays 9am-2pm). It is one of the largest street markets on the Costa Blanca, people come from miles around to pick up a bargain or two. You can buy fruit and vegetables fresh from the farm, as well as jewellery, clothes, leather goods,shoes, linens and furniture. Aqualandia in Torrevieja makes a wonderful day out for all the family and is very reasonably priced. You can get very wet in the slides, flumes and waterfalls. With bars. cafes, restaurants and picnic areas located around the grounds. The park is usually open from May – October. The funfair is located at the Torrevieja marina and is open in the summer months and is great fun for all ages, they have a good selection of rides, including a full flight simulator, where you can take off and land a Boeing 737! A very good place for shopping is the Habaneras shopping centre in Torrevieja with lots of shops to suit everyone. If you are a shopping ‘widow’ then take heart because the top level open-air bar/cafe offers a great place to sit with a drink in your hand looking at the distant mountains while you wait. It is within a 10 minute taxi drive.
Booking notes
For payment a deposit of 150 euros will secure your booking. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure, a bank transfer can be made to the owner's Spanish bank. A security deposit of 100 euros is payable to the key holder on arrival.
