Notes on accommodation
Full air-conditioning with climate control (optional extra). Safe provided. Car parking to front and side of block. It is a gated area and access is with a security fob. 24 hour mobile security patrols. Fax, internet, taxi hire, car hire and excursions can be booked at the reception desk. Reception is also of assistance should medical or dental referral be required. Hospital Costa del Sol, the main hospital for the area, is 10 min drive away. Live entertainment available in both the Club House and Miraflores Club most nights. No nightclubs locally ensuring a peaceful holiday. Pets prohibited as per community rules. No smoking inside apartment please.
Accessibility
This property is not suitable for persons with mobility impairment because there is a flight of steps going down to the entrance to the property.
Outside
Miraflores is well known for its beautiful mature gardens that are fastidiously kept and there are lovely walks down to the club reception and surrounding areas. Jardin A has a large pool with a shallow end, a toddlers pool, showers, toilets and free sunbeds. There are umbrellas and tabled areas providing shade. The poolside bar/cafe has a social, friendly atmosphere as well as providing excellent lunches and barbecue evenings.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is only some 400m away. Nearby La Cala and Cabopino have great sandy beaches where sunbeds can be hired. Childrens play areas are also provided. Cabopino has a particularly picturesque port with great restaurants nearby.
Golf
Miraflores has its own 18 hole par 72 golf course complete with a golf academy and two tier driving range. Golf clubs are available for hire. The club house provides good quality, economical food and bar service in the restaurant with entertainment available most evenings. In the immediate area there are another 15 spectacular golf courses: La Cala, Cabopino, Marbella, Santa Clara and Elveria to name a few.
Travel
Malaga airport is 25 mins by car along the N 340. There is also a train service from the airport to Fuengirola where local taxis can be hired to complete the transfer to the apartment. Car hire is not essential but will allow the wider region to be explored. Miraflores has a complimentary bus service around the complex.

Miraflores is a gated community giving a safe environment.
All guests are encouraged to update the guest book where local experiences can be recorded and shared. Restaurant experiences are particularly important. Many excellent restaurants are available nearby. Marbella Old Town, especially in Spring, is well worth a visit when the orange blossom is in full bloom in Orange Square. Puerto Banus is also a must for shoppers,where many designer shops are located near the beautiful port. Many of the rich and famous moor their yachts here. Fuengirola has excellent shops,department store, restaurants, water park, zoo, carting track and cinema featuring English films. Vibrant La Cala market takes place on Wednesday and Saturday morning and is well worth a visit.
Booking notes
To secure a booking a £150 non-refundable booking deposit is payable with the full balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. No refunds within 6 weeks of travel. A £150 refundable security deposit is also payable with the full balance and this is refunded within 2 weeks of returning the keys with deductions for damages and breakages where appropriate. A further deduction of £40 per week will be made for air-conditioning or alt. this can be arranged with apt. manager.
