These apartments are located in the centre of Estartit just 150 metres from the beach. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, overlooking the swimming pool and grassed sunbathing area. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. There is also a sofa bed, which sleeps two in the lounge. The lounge has a comfortable sitting area with satellite TV. The apartment has recently been refurbished and the fully equipped kitchen has cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Sleeps 4/6. The Medas Park has intercom access. The concierge lives in the block.

Prices are for the property per week in euros.
Long winter rentals can be negotiated. Plus 3 or 4 weeks out of season at discounted price.
Changeover day
Arrival days can be flexible.
The apartment will be ready from 16.00h on the day of arrival and must be vacated at 10.00h on the day of departure. However, if possible, this can be tweaked to suit your arrival and departures times.

Accessibility
Wheelchair access to the apartment block.
Outside
Well maintained grassed sunbathing area and swimming pool, open all year round. Swimming pool for use of residents in the Medas Park only. Balcony overlooking the pool, has table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
Originally a traditional fishing village and with 5 km of sandy beach, it is now a popular holiday resort. The offshore Medes Islands offer the largest concentration of marine life in the Mediterranean and is famed for the clarity of its water. Estartit is the leading diving center on the Costa Brava and excursions are available on the various glass-bottom boats.
The apartment is 150 metres from the beach, a couple of minutes on foot.
Golf
For the Golfer, 10 championship courses are within easy reach of the resort. Emporda, Serres de Pals, Platja de Pals and PGA Catalunya, to name a few. I am able to get a small discount if you book through me.
Travel
Estartit is situated on the Northern end of the Costa Brava and is easily accessible from Girona (45 minutes), Perpignan 1hr 15mins) and Barcelona (1h 45mins) airports with regular cheap flights run by Ryanair, Easyjet, BMI baby. Transfers can be arranged. Or I can supply timetables for the local bus/train.
Distances
There are numerous excursions available including Barcelona; famous for the Ramblas, magic fountains, Olympic village, Sagrada Familla Cathedral and Figueres home of the Dali museum. The Port Aventura theme park can also be visited as a day trip.
Estartit is surrounded by culture and many medieval villages, offering superb typical Spanish cuisine at amazingly low prices. There are also plenty of pretty coves to explore up and down the coast.

20% deposit and the rest 8 weeks before arrival or 50% deposit and the rest on arrival.
