A modern two bedroom, two bathroom first floor apartment situated in a small gated complex just on the border of the town centre of Alcossebre. The town is surrounded by olive and citrus groves and nestles at the foot of the Alcalá mountains. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty along one of the last unspoilt stretches of the Mediterranean coast. The apartment is bright and spacious with views of the mountains. It has a large balcony area looking out on the gardens and pool area. All the local shops, restaurants and the marina are in walking distance.

Changeover day
Saturdays preferred but flexible outside of the high season. The apartment will be available from 3pm and must be vacated on the last day by 10.30 am.

Pets not allowed. Individual parking space provided.

Outside
There is a spacious balcony with table and four chairs looking out on to the gardens and shared pool. The pool has a shallow section for toddlers and spaces around for sunbeds. There are two sunbeds available for guests to use at the apartment. These are not for the beach.
Coast/Beach
Alcossebre has a marina, a beautiful promenade and five blue flag beaches. The apartment is about 5 mins walking distance from a lovely sandy beach.
Golf
There are two golf courses about 30 minutes drive from the apartment.
Travel
The nearest airport is Valencia which is approx 45 mins drive away. Reus airport is approx 1.5 hours drive and Barcelona about 2 hours. A train service is also available from Barcelona. Car hire is not essential within the resort and all amenities are in walking distance.
Distances
The apartment is in 5 mins walking distance of some lovely shops and restaurants. The marina at Las Fuentes where there are a number of bars and restaurants is about 10 mins walk.

A 20% non refundable deposit is required on booking with full payment required 6 weeks before arrival.

We live in England and have two children and now two grandchildren. We enjoy coming to Spain about 3 times a year.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We fell in love with Alcossebre because in reflects the real Spain and is not too commercial - no high rise apartments. We chose our apartment because of its location - near to the sea and local town facilities. We also love the small complex which is friendly and feels secure.
