Minimum of 50% of rental fee payable on initial booking, and balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival date. Checkout is 11AM / checkin is 3PM. Booking is only confirmed once deposit is received. I own and manage my own Real Estate company but also own and manage my own properties seperatley. Our properties are all maintained to the highest standard and are painted and re- stocked after every season. I live here all year round and am available in the event that any customer should have any issues during your stay in one of our properties.

Elviria is host to an endless supply or fine restaurants, beach bars, shopping facilities, salons and much more. Our property is located just 5 minutes from all ammenities and the beach.
