This superb townhouse, 30 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia airport is suitable for couples, singles or families with plenty to keep you occupied within the surrounding area. Within walking distance of the property you find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Quesada centre can be found in a 10 min walk and a 5 min drive will take you to Guardamar 'blue flag' beach. Torrevieja is 10 minutes drive away. The villa boasts a large sitting room with both UK & Norwegien TV, dining area, three spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom with corner bath and a shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The property has one large covered balcony and two private balconies off each upper bedroom. Patio furniture is provided in the large front garden and sunloungers are available for the pool and beach. The area has as many as 35 golf courses with La Marquesa Golf being 5 minutes drive from the property. Alicante, Murcia and Cartengena are all within 45 minutes drive.

Living Rooms: Large spacious living/dining area, tastefully furnished with a three seater sofa, large arm chair and two lounge chairs complete with UK & Norwegien TV, CD, DVD player, a selection of DVD's and games for children. The dining area seats 6.
Other: The down stairs shower room consists of shower cabinet, basin and toilet. The front garden is equipped with patio table, umbrella and sun loungers.

Notes on accommodation
This safe, secure property is great for families and has toddler/baby swimming pools. Cots and highchairs available on request. No Pets. No smoking except on outside patios.

Outside
This complex boasts beautifully, well kept landscaped gardens surrounding the five shared cascading swimming pools and jacuzzi. The pools are suitable for babies through to accomplished swimmers. The property has a large front garden including patio furniture and umbrella. Sunbeds are provided for the pool and beach.

Coast/Beach
The popular beach resort of Guardamar is within a 10 minute drive boasting a promenade of seafront bars and restaurants, a blue flag beach and many watersports. The larger town of Torrevieja is within easy reach which also has blue flag beaches, many shops, restaurants and large harbour with marina. The Mar Menor area has wonderful clear warm waters and a host of beaches to choose from. The Mar Menor is Europe’s largest Lagoon with miles and miles of gently shelving sandy beaches.

Golf
La Marquesa Golf Course, Ciudad Quesada is 5 mins drive from the property with 18 Holes Par 72 5799m. Designed for elite competition, the 18 hole course is divided into three sections, with water coming into play on the 4th, 9th and 17th holes. There's an opportunity for a birdie on the 6th (par 5). The practice range is completely separate and measures 300m by 100m. This course has the personal recommendation of Cliff Pluck, Secretary of the Sussex PGA, who is a regular player here. The Costa Blanca is surrounded by fantastic golf courses so it’s not surprising that more and more people are discovering the 'new Golf Mecca of Europe'.

Travel
The house is situated 30 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia airport. A car is recommended but not essential. Excellent taxi service or airport transfer can be arranged.

Distances
The centre of Quesada with it's many shops, bars and restaurants is within 5 minutes drive from the villa or a 10/15 minute walk. A five minute walk will take you to a supermarket, ice cream parlour, restaurants, post office. Larger commercial centres with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, post office, newsagents are all within 5 minutes drive or 15 minute walk. A 45 min drive will take you to Murcia, Cartegena, Alcante, Elche. The Sofia play park in Guardamar is fantastic for children.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit payment of 25% of the total rental cost is required to secure a reservation. Thereafter the balance payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations within 6 weeks of the commencement of the arrival date the total rental cost is payable at time of booking. 60 Euros is payable on arrival to the key holder for cleaning and laundry.
