Changeover day
Normally we ask for a departure time of 11am and an arrival time of 5pm but we try to be flexible if it will not inconvenience other guests. There is no fixed changeover day.

Apartment 2 (2 Bedrooms and Sleeps 4/6 )

After entering the small private vestibule on the first floor Apartment 2 is on the right-hand side and has its own secure entrance. Bedroom 1 has double bed with bedside tables, large fitted wardrobes, drawers, and a window that looks out internally. Bedroom 2 has twin beds with open plan shelving and hanging space and double patio doors leading to a terrace looking out onto the roadside. Fully-fitted bathroom with a glass-walled walk-in shower, a floating glass and steel basin, a vanity mirror, steel shelving unit and WC. Fully-fitted kitchen containing oven with hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. A window looks out internally. The air-conditioned sitting room has a 3 seater sofa bed, two lounger chairs, a coffee table and a feature fireplace. There is also a dining table with seating for four. The TV receives British Satellite TV. There is also a HiFi system with compact disc and tape functions. Patio doors lead out to the terrace. |

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning in both sitting rooms. Iron and hairdryer provided. Bedlinen and towels (not beach) provided. It should be noted that both apartments have separate secure entrances on either side of a small private vestibule and therefore can be rented completely separately or interconnected and rented as one large apartment.

First floor accessed by stairs.
Outside
Both terraces have small table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
Only 5 minutes walk to the beautiful family beach of San Sebastian and a 10 min walk to the beaches in front of the town centre. In total Sitges has 17 sand beaches. There are also some nudist beaches in the area, one of which is only 10 minutes walk from the apartments. All beaches have access facilities, flags indicating the sea conditions and most of them have quality diplomas and blue flags awarded by the European Union.
Golf
The Terramar Golf course (Sitges) is 5 min away by car. There are many other interesting golf courses in the area. We are happy to provide a list with contact numbers on request.
Travel
30 minutes by car from Barcelona airport. 45 minutes from Reus airport. Sitges station is 2 minutes walk from the apartments and trains direct to Barcelona run every 10-20 minutes.
Distances
Approx driving time: Barcelona 30 min. Garraf National Park 5 min. Tarragona 40 min. Montserrat 40 min. Vilafranca and wine region 20 min. Andorra and Pyrenees 2-3 hours.

There's a huge choice of nearby supermarkets and we are happy to recommend restaurants and places of interest if you get in touch.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking to secure reservation. We ask for the remainder to be paid in cash on arrival. To cover any breakages we also require a refundable deposit of 150 euros on arrival. Payment for any damage, breakages, or missing inventory items i.e. loss of key will be deducted from the damages deposit.

We had a great week in Sitges and really enjoyed staying at the apartment - clean, spacious and in a good location with no hassles. We really enjoyed staying there!
We'll hopefully be back next year in August, but I'm insisting on two weeks - we might see later in the year or in the new year if your apartment is available.
