Villa La Caracola. This is a beautiful villa with its own swimming pool, large garden and tropical plants. It is pleasantly situated near Puerto Banus and the beach in the secluded, smart residential Cortijo Blanco area. One of Marbella's most established suburbs, it is only a 3 minute walk to the beach (200m), hotels, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Recently a completely separate unit has been added to the main Villa La Caracola accommodating two persons having a bedroom and en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette, and living room/dining room, its own garden and roof terraces. This unit would be available only to the existing guests of the Villa at request and an extra cost.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is equipped to accommodate 11 persons in 5 bedrooms. Additionally the sofa bed in the second lounge area which accommodates two guests. A safe-deposit box and a cot is also provided. Pets not allowed.
Outside
Barbecue area, floodlit terraces, garden furniture, sun loungers, pool. Regular garden/pool maintenance is provided.
Coast/Beach
The villa is located within 5 minutes walk to CoCo Beach and Mistral (no stress) beach in Puerto Banus, and their respective recreation and sport facilities. The Kala-Kalua water sport facilities (with jet skiing, pedal boats, para-sailing, and banana boats) and San Pedro fine beaches and Palm planted promenade are within 5 minutes walk in another direction.
Golf
Andalucia is renowned for its top golf courses and the unique sunny and warm winter climate allows golf to be popular all year round. There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia. By car you can reach Los Naranjos, Aloha, Las Brisas and La Quinta within 10 minutes. Torrequebrada, Mijas Golf and El Paraiso within 20 minutes, Sotogrande and Valderrama, (Ryder Cup - 1997, 1999 World Championships) within 40 minutes. Skiing
Europe's sunniest ski resort, the Sol y Nieve in the Sierra Nevada, host of the 1996 'world Ski Championships' can be reached in 2 hours.
Travel
40 minutes to Malaga and Gibraltar airports.
Distances
The 2 most well-known fish restaurants in the entire Marbella area (Nueve Reino and Alabardero), on the San Pedro promenade, are within a very short walking distance. There are numerous places of historical interest nearby. Granada with its Alhambra Palace and gardens, is approximately 1.5 hours drive. The old City of Ronda is within 45 minutes drive. Gibraltar is within 1 hour drive.
Further details
The pleasant, white washed, Andalusian town of San Pedro is only a 3 minute drive and a pleasant walk in one direction while a similar distance in the other direction is Puerto Banus with its restaurants and night life. There are many activities in the area including golf, tennis, cycling, swimming, snorkeling, diving, boating, sailing, water skiing, windsurfing, para-sailing and jet skiing.
