Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is furnished to a high standard. The gardens have been professionally designed and landscaped, benefiting from a large pool with shaded areas for alfresco dining and relaxing. Located in easy walking distance of the clubhouse and other amenities. On a quite cul de sac and with views over the surrounding countryside, the location is very peaceful. The master bedroom suite is located on the 1st floor, with its own terraces, dressing area and en-suite bathroom. The resort has been built to a very high standard with an excellent golf course, practice facilities etc and a tennis academy. The surrounding area is unspoilt, with many fantastic beaches within a 30 minute drive, and shopping facilities are available nearby.

Changeover day
Normally the changeover day is Saturday, however in certain circumstances this may be flexible.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a large double bed, a dressing area with ample storage and en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, ensuite bathroom and private terrace. Bedroom 3 has twin beds Bedroom 4 also has twin beds and they share a bathroom. |
| Bathrooms: | The master bedroom en-suite has a shower, bath and WC. The second bedroom has a walk in shower sink and WC. The third bathroom has a bath/shower and WC. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has a cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of storage. plenty of cooking utensils are provided. |
| Living Rooms: | The living area comprises of large lounge area with double sofa bed, flat screen TV/DVD player, Bose iPod docking station and a dining area with ample room for 8 people. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided, as well as pool towels. The Villa is cleaned weekly, with linen changed at the same time. A maid service can also be arranged for more regular cleaning at request. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air conditioned, with shutters on all windows. the interior of the villa is spacious and comfortable. Please note the pool is not fenced in, so may not be suitable for small children.
Outside
The garden has a large private pool (10mx5m) and outdoor furniture, a built in BBQ 2 hand built pergolas for shaded eating and relaxing. A gred area and several rockeries. The planting has been done professionally and benefits from floodlighting in the evening.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous beaches within a short drive, some busy and others quite and completely undeveloped. Theses range from small, unspoilt coves from Mazzaron to Aguilas, to secluded sandy beaches east of Mazzaron and long sandy beaches with bar and restaurant facilities along the Mar Menor.
Golf
Hacienda del Alamo has a magnificent golf course, with numerous lakes and bunkering. it recently hosted the penultimate round of the European Tour School to critical accleim. The course is a challenge to golfers of all abilities, measuring almost 6,800m off the back tees and benefits from excellent practice facilities. Travel
Murcia airport is approximately 25 minutes away by car, with Allicante and Almeria both within an hour and a half's drive
Distances
Feunta Alamo is a 5 minute drive away and has an excellent supermarket, banks and numerous restaurants and bars. Murcia, Cartegena and Peurto Mazzarron are all within 30 minutes.
Booking notes
A 25% booking fee will be payable on confirmation of the reservation, with the balance payable 6 weeks before the booking. A refundable breakages deposit of £250 will also be payable with the final balance. A welcome pack can be arranged if required.
