Notes on prices
Should your total letting nights fall either side of a particular month then the price charged will be for the month with the greater nights. eg. if your let begins the night of 26 March to night of 1 April then you will be charged a March weekly rate. If you book an odd number of nights then you will be charged the 7 night rate for that month plus £85 for each extra night booked. Do not forget to give the 85 euros for the house maid to the managers when you first arrive.
Changeover day
Arrival and departure times flexible within reason and dependant on bookings and flight times. Arrival pm. Departure 10am unless pre arranged.

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have air-conditioning. All windows have fly screens. Beautiful marble floors throughout. Gas central heating and hot water.
Accessibility
There are 5 or so steps up to the front door. A couple of steps down through the garden to the rear access for the apartment and therefore wheel chair access is limited a little.
Outside
Large 25 metre pool is shared by the residents of this lovely private complex. Great fun for the children and adults alike to meet and have fun by the pool. Property has huge outdoor table that seats 10 with sun umbrella, has 2 large sun lounges. A gas BBQ. Upstairs rear balcony has table and 4 chairs to enjoy the late evening sun. At the front of the property is a table and 4 chairs to enjoy freshly brewed coffee and fresh fruit in the morning sun.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes drive to La Marina beach with life guards, restaurant and childrens play equipment.
Golf
La Marquesa Golf and Country Club is 13kms away. 18 holes par 70. Good greens and fairways.
Travel
Alicante Airport 15/20 minutes drive. By car 8 hours drive from Santander.

8-10 mins walk to San Fulgencio shops, restaurants, banks and market. 20 mins drive into Alicante for lovely shopping and night life looked over by the Santa Barbara Castle ad lovely boat marina. 1 hour drive north to Benidorm or Villajoyosa together with Tera Mitica fun park, Aqua Land and Safari Park. 15 mins drive to Guardamar with restaurants and beach. 20 mins drive to Torrevieja with boat marina and shopping. 90 mins north into mountains beautiful Guadalest ancient village.
Further details
Kite surfing and wind surfing at Santa Pola beach 20 mins away on beach. Go carting en route to Guardamar 10 mins away. Aqua park, tennis and entertainment at local campsite in La Marina village. Great shopping Malls in Alicante, and surrounding towns. Fishing boat hire in Torrevieja.

About the owner
Paul and Debbie and their 4 boys moved to beautiful New Zealand nearly 2 years ago. We left our lovely villa in the safe hands of friends to look after for us. Its a lovely community feeling, so easy to walk to the little local shops and supermarket and the twice weekly market. Villa is a luxury villa so we've left it as we loved it, everything is simply there for comfort. We miss it so much we just wish we could just pop in and jump in the beautiful pool. Lots of our guests book every year they love it so much. Enjoy.

Great location with easy access from Alicante airport. Safe community feeling with neighbours who are all our friends. Fabulous pool that's looked after by the private community we are a part of. Just 8 minutes drive to the beach. Great shopping in and around Alicante. Easy to walk up to local shops just 6 minutes away plus local market twice a week with all the nick nacks and rubbish you could take home!
