Changeover day
Changeover preferably Saturday - Saturday.
Although flexible at the moment.
Guest arriving can get in the villa at 2pm
Guest departing must vacate by 10am the morning of departure although special arrangements can be made for small children etc etc.

| Living Rooms: | The living room has 2 sofas a working fire place TV with English channels and a DVD player. Air con is also fitted. |
| Other: | The dining room is at the top end of the lounge. Air con is also fitted. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath and hand towels are provided beach towels are not. The linen is also provided. The towels & linen are changed after every client vacates the property. |

Sunbeds are provided and there is plenty of space to sunbathe.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach being La Zenia which is 5 mins drive in the car.
There are many beaches close by all within 20 mins drive.
Golf
The villa is situated within 1 minutes walk to Villamartin golf course.
Las Ramblas golf course is also close only 5 mins drive away.
Campoamor is also 5 mins drive away.
Travel
The closest airport is Murcia being 20 mins drive away.
Also Alicante airport is an option being 45 mins drive away.
Car hire is not essential for this villa but is recommended.
Airport pick ups can be arranged.
Distances
Torrevieja is only 15 mins drive away which has lots of shops, a marina, and plenty of night life.
The water park is also in Torrevieja.
Go-karting & bowling is all within 15 mins drive from the villa.
Further details
Bus routes run by the Villamartin Plaza & take you to the beach or Torrevieja.
Banks & cash point machines are close by & loads of bars & restaurants are all within walking distance from the villa.
Also 10 mins walk is another commercial centre called Los Dolses which has a supermarket, a gym, Indian restaurant & Chinese.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking.
Final balance to be paid 8 weeks before travel.
A £200 refundable security deposit has to be paid before your arrival which is returned within 7 days after your departure.
A cleaning charge of 60 euros has to be paid upon your arrival.
