Good size balcony and patio with furniture for al fresco dining. Just a two/three minute walk from the house there is a brand new magnificient hotel, built in 2007, which has seawater pools. They also offer to the public, leisure, health, beauty and wellbeing programmes at very reasonable prices.

Notes on accommodation
There is a large gas heater for use during cooler winter evenings.
Accessibility
For anyone with mobility problems one of the bedrooms with twin beds is located on the ground floor and is immediately next to a small bathroom housing shower, toilet and wash basin.
Outside
Downstairs patio has table and six chairs, large umbrella. Upstairs there are three sunbeds and a small drinks table, also three folding chairs and two umbrellas which can be used either on the patios or can be taken to the beach.
Coast/Beach
10 - 15 minutes walk to Mar Menor beaches or very short drive to Mediterranean in the opposite direction.
Golf
There are several golf courses in Murcia, some being no more than 10 minutes drive from the house. Roda Golf Course is the nearest and was opened in September 2006, and nearby Los Alcazares now has its own 18-hole municipal golf course named La Serena Golf and this is about 15 minutes drive. La Manga is about 40 minutes drive.
Travel
10 minutes drive to Murcia (San Javier) airport.
50 minutes drive to Alicante airport.
Budget airlines using San Javier include Jet 2, EasyJet, Ryanair, Monarch and BMIbaby.
Distances
San Pedro town is 3 minutes drive and there is a very large street market there every Monday morning. If you like markets, you can find one nearby on most days of the week.
5 minute drive to the bars area of Lo Pagan.
30 minutes drive to the cities of Cartagena and Murcia.
50 minutes to Alicante and about an hour to Benidorm.
Further details
There are three restaurants and a bar/restaurant about 2/3 minutes walk from the house and others a short drive away. There is also a small, well stocked, English supermarket three minutes walk. The nearest large supermarket takes about 15 minutes to walk and there are a few more within a few minutes drive.
