Spacious and modern, 3 bedroom house with garage, situated on Empuriabrava's scenic waterways, comfortably sleeping 6. The property has a private drive with space for two cars. The house has a spacious sunny terrace with dining furniture and sun beds. The property backs onto one of Empuriabrava’s many canal basins with direct access to private mooring from rear garden. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave/oven, large fridge, new dishwasher, freezer, new washing machine and tumble dryer, and all necessary utensils. The open plan lounge has a TV with Sky freeview, DVD player, stereo, ample seating and dining table and chairs for six people. Air conditioning is not thought necessary in our comfortable climate but large portable fan units are provided in each room. The house has a full central heating system.

Notes on prices
If a booking is made for 2 weeks, the second week will have a 10% discount. Additional discounts for further weeks.
The mooring is an additional £100 per week, from the beginning of May until the end of September, by arrangement at all other times.

Changeover days are preferably on a Saturday, however please contact us if you would prefer a different day and we will try and accommodate you.

Bath and hand towels, and bed linen for 6 people is included.
For stays of 2 weeks or longer, linen and towels will be changed at the end of each week.

2 sun loungers and small table. Large barbeque. Balcony furniture; 2 chairs and small table. The mooring is for a boat of a maximum size of 7 metres. We can help to arrange with launching and recovery as well as servicing and maintenance if necessary.

Coast/Beach
Just 1 minutes drive or a lovely 10 minutes walk to a great sandy beach, along side Aqua Molls Nature Reserve. Easy, free parking even in the height of summer. 3 beach bars. Beautiful Almadrava and Canyelles beaches are a 15 - 20 minute drive away or 20 minutes by boat. There are many other sandy beaches and coves, to be found along the nearby coastline, some only accessible by boat.

Golf
There are 8 golf clubs are within 40 mins drive with Peralada Championship course being the closest (approx 10 mins away).
There is a nine hole golf course and driving range, just outside of Empuriabrava.

Skiing
There is good skiing in the Eastern Pyrennes, from December - April at Nuria and Valter 2000, under 2 hours drive away.

Transfers can be arranged from local airport, please contact us for more information.
Girona airport - 45 minutes.
Perpignan airport - 50 minutes.
Barcelona airport - 2 hours.
By road - an excellent network through France means we are only 10-12 hours from the channel ports, equally good railway system allows you to travel from London or Ashford to within 6 miles of ourdoor in comfort.
Car hire is not essential but recommended.

Golf and casino at Peralada medieval village - 15 km.
Cadaques and L'escala - 25 km.

Other leisure facilities available are ten pin bowling and a fantastic water park.
The town centre is a few minutes by car or 15 minute walk, with banks, shops and a great variety of restaurants including Spanish, French, Asian, Italian, Oriental, Argentinian, German, British and many more.

Booking notes
25% deposit on confirmation of booking by bank transfer. The remainder to be paid six weeks before occupancy. The full amount is payable on booking if the time period is shorter than 6 weeks. There is a £300 security deposit payable two weeks before arrival which will be refunded once the property has been checked.
