The villa is situated in the private suburb of Monte Alto just outside the lively town of Arroyo de la Miel , we are not stuck in the middle of nowhere - but we are just far enough away from the endless hustle and bustle of the seafront to allow you to relax, unwind and recharge your batteries - in fact some guests tell us they never leave the pool and sunloungers! What could be better than sitting under the Spanish sunshine, a long, cool drink, a light barbeque lunch and the children dipping in and out of the pool. We are a short walk from the local bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and only a 5 minute drive from the picturesque whitewashed, cobble stoned village of Benalmadena Pueblo and the popular coastal resort of Benalmadena, with it's endless sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and famous bustling Marina. Accommodation comprises four bedrooms, two lounge areas, air-conditioning (except second floor bedroom), private pool, numerous sun terraces and extensive landscaped gardens.

Owner profile
About the owner
The villa was originally purchased as a holiday home approx 30 years ago by Ray's parents, when Arroyo itself was a very small village with grass pavements and donkeys and carts were still in everyday use.
We started to modernise the villa about five years ago and now the grandchildren love it!
Year purchased: 1980's
Why the owner chose a home in this location
At the time of purchase it was a very quiet location, close to the airport and of course the weather can only be a bonus.
Unique benefits of the property
We enjoy the fact that the villa is such a short distance from the airport, and not in the centre of the hustle and bustle of the coast itself but sun, sea and sangria are all close at hand!
