Notes on accommodation
All H&S Apartments and Suites are located in the top sections of Miraflores. As a result we can guarantee that you will enjoy the best views, relaxing quietness (thanks to locations that are far away from the expressway), as well as the subtle breeze that streams delightfully through the open windows, especially in the summer months. Your residence boasts elegant marble, sound proof Climalit double glass windows, fully furnished kitchen with Ceran cooking surface, stainless steel and granite fronts, sturdy leather couches that can be pulled out into beds as well as solid wood dark furniture custom-made for this property to create the perfect interior design harmony in each of our apartments in combination with a selection of fine textiles and carefully chosen cozy accessories. A Fridge filled up with Food & Beverage essentials, 18l tanks with fresh water plus a bottle of wine are provided with each rental lease.
Outside
Each apartment complex has its own private pool area with gated access. The pool facilities all offer generously dimensioned swimming pools, some of which are fenced in for safety reasons. Toddlers and small children will enjoy the well structured low water kiddy pools. Guests receive lounge chairs and umbrella at no additional charge. All pool areas have a pool bar operated by an independent caterer. They are open daily between early March and the end of October. Your hosts will not only serve cold beverages, but also a wide selection of snacks as well as crisp salads. Weekly barbecues are always on the agenda, and you will also have the opportunity to sample the famous paella.
Coast/Beach
Explore numerous interesting destinations in the vicinity in your H&S rental car. The manicured beaches of La Cala, Cabopino or Elviria offer that coveted fine sand and endless fun in the ocean at temperatures you will find delightful - 20 to 28 degrees from early April until the end of October. Our special recommendation: listen to the sounds of the water rushing in the evenings while pampering your palate with fresh caught fish at the acclaimed Chiringuitos!
Golf
Courses at the Miraflores Golf Academy can be booked year-round. Children are welcome here, too. Along with classic coaching and the further improvement of your handicap, the school, which is managed by pro Mark Sibley boasts more than 33 years of experience and offers a slew of interesting playing and training options.
Travel
The condo community of Miraflores, located about 10 minutes from Fuengirola and Marbella can be easily reached via the Riviera del Sol exit off the Carretera Nacional N340, a four-lane expressway that runs along the Mediterranean coast. In normal traffic, transit time from the Málaga airport (AGP) is about 30 minutes.

Marbella and Fuengirola: 15 Minutes by car. Gibraltar: about 90 minutes by car. Ronda: about 90 minutes by car. Seville: about 2 hours by car.
Booking notes
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, the tenant shall be required to pay a deposit equaling 25 % (twentyfive) of the total rental cost. The balance amount of the rental cost may be transferred by the tenant as agreed upon prior to the activation of the rental agreement; however, it shall be due for payment at the latest upon handing over of the keys on-site either in cash or via credit card (VISA or Mastercard).
