We have two villas in a line of four. Villa 1 has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is semi-detached with a private garden and Villa 2 is terraced and adjacent to Villa 1. They are on a small complex of 11 properties that share a pool garden. It is 100 metres from the main beach. Both are comfortable and well equipped. The walk to the centre of Nerja is 10 minutes.

Saturday is changeover day in the school holiday period but we are flexible at other times of year.

Ground floor modern kitchen with granite tops, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Large cloakroom with full size wash basin. Entrance Hall. L shaped Lounge dining room leading onto terrace with sea views. Lower level. Two twin bedded rooms. Bathroom with large walk in shower, washing machine. Play room. Garden has Jacuzzi for 5, 14 seater covered eating area, barbecue, tiled and terraced garden.

Notes on accommodation
Lounge / dining room and bedrooms all have ceiling fans. Villa 1 has storage radiators and an electric coal effect fire. Villa 2 has convector heaters on each floor and a gas fire in the lounge area.

Outside
Villa 1 garden has sunbeds and the terrace and outside eating area has tables and chairs.
Villa 2 terrace has table and chairs.
Both villas have barbecues.
The shared pool with the complex is oval. Not heated. Available from Easter until the end of October. It is approximately 1.5 metres at shallow end and 2.5 metres at deep end.

Coast/Beach
Walking distance to the Burriana Beach is 5 minutes - 100 metres. This well known beach has various activities available and many restaurants and bars.

Golf
There are three courses, Baviera 20 minutes, Anoreta 35 minutes and Salobrena 45 minutes.

Skiing
Granada, the Sierra Neveda and Sol y Nieve is 1 1/2 hours away with facilities for equipment hire.

Travel
Malaga Airport is 53 kms from Nerja and can be reached comfortably in an hour in the summer and 45 minutes at quieter times of year.

Distances
It is 53 kms to Malaga and the new Picasso Museum. Frigiliana the local Moorish village is 6 kms and Granada takes approximately 1 1/2 hours by car.

Further details
The local supermarkets and shops are well stocked with Spanish products as well as those from other parts of Europe. Nerja has 400 bars and restaurants catering for all tastes. It is a family resort and although there are some discos/clubs at the other side of the town it is not a town for large groups of single sex or young parties.

Booking notes
On completion of our booking contract that can be down loaded from the website or posted to you a 50% deposit is required with the remaining 50% plus a £100 damages and key return deposit 8 weeks before travel.
