Luxury apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, on top floor of 3 storey block. Lift and ramps for disabled. We are just behind Calle Carabeo and 5 minutes from the beach. There is a well furnished terrace for eating and relaxing. There is an additional communal terrace above the apartment. Television with various English channels, DVD, CD/tape player. There is the use of the Fitness Centre with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Turkish Bath, gymnasium, various excercise and aqua aerobic classes for visitors at a charge. 3 golf courses between 20 minutes and 45 minutes away.

Changeover day
Changeover is normally Saturday during school holiday periods but we are flexible at other times of year.

This new building has a lift and has wheelchair access and ramps.
Outside
There is an Andalucian Patio on the second floor and an additional communal sun terrace one floor above the apartment.
The Absolut Wellness Centre is below the building with heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish Bath, Gymnasium and various fitness classes. This is available for a charge payable direct to the centre.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 5 minutes walking and the famous Burriana Beach is 10 minutes away on foot.
Golf
3 Golf Courses. Anoreta - 35 mins - Baviera - 20 mins - Salobrena - 45 minutes
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada, Sol Y Nieve, is 1 1/2 hours from Nerja where there are facilities for hiring equipment. The slopes open normally in early November until late March.
Travel
Nearest Airport is Malaga and 45 minutes - 1 hour by car from Nerja.
Distances
Moorish Village of Frigiliana is 6 kms, Granada is approximately 1 1/2 hours by car. Malaga is 53 kms and 45 minutes by car.
Further details
There is a good selection of supermarkets and local shops. These cater for Spanish and international food. There are over 400 bars and restaurants in Nerja. The town is called The Pearl of the Costa del Sol and thought of as a family holiday resort. Although there are some discos and night spots, on the far side of town away from our property, this is not a resort geared to large crowds of youngsters or single sex parties.
Booking notes
Our booking contract can be viewed on the website link or one sent in the post. On completion of the booking contract there is a 50% deposit at time of booking with remaining 50% + £100 damages and key deposit due 8 weeks before travel. We do like to speak to clients personally as we feel that this gives a feeling of security for both parties. We do no accept single sex or very young parties.
