The beautiful property Finca Los Pajaros comprises two rural villas set in a 3 hectare fruit farm growing oranges and avocados. It is situated between Sotogrande and Gaucin approximately 1 km from the small delightful village of San Pablo de Buceite. The villa (pictured), built in 1995, is set within the orchards with stunning views to the mountains beyond, and offers a comfortable base for anyone wanting to explore the countryside or nearby coasts and beaches.

Changeover day
We prefer Friday or Saturdays for arrival/departure, but in quieter times this is not essential.

| Bedrooms: | 1 large double bedded bedroom and 1 large twin bedded bedroom with fitted cupboards and en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have ample space to take a cot if required and are both fitted with electric wall heaters. |

| Kitchen: | The spacious kitchen has French window leading onto the patio and terrace. There are ample fitted kitchen units, electric cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and double sink unit. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room has a washing machine, 2nd freezer, sink and plenty of storage space. |
| Living Rooms: | The sitting/dining room, measuring 52m2, with a high timbered ceiling and large French windows leading to the south facing sun patio and covered terrace. There is a woodburner fire and logs can be provided. |
| Other: | There is a separate wc off the entrance hall |

Outside
There is a south facing sun patio, covered terrace and a private garden with trees and shrubs. Sun patio furniture is provided. The swimming pool, measuring 12m x 4.5m, is set in a large grass covered area to the back of the villa.
Coast/Beach
Mediterranean coast and beaches 30 minutes away and the Altantic coast beaches near Tarifa about an hour away.
Golf
Half an hour's drive will take you to the coastal golf courses of Sotogrande, Valderrama, San Roque, La Cañada and Alcaidesa.
Travel
A car is essential at Los Pajaros, as it is situated in the countryside.Flights can be either to Gibraltar or Malaga and it takes about 45 minutes to drive from Gibraltar and about an hour and a half from Malaga.
Further details
San Pablo is a delightful little village with a population of about 1,000. There are shops, ventas (bars) and restaurants and a disco. Jimena de la Frontera and Gaucin are both historical old towns which have excellent restaurants and ventas. Almost all the nearby villages have banks with automatic cash dispensers. The surrounding countryside is excellent for walking, hiking and bicycling. Horse-riding is also available closeby.The Mediterranean coast is 30 minutes drive away where excellent beaches, shops and nightlife will be found. Sotogrande, with its famous golf course and polo fields, is easily accessible. The famous enormous beaches near Tarifa on the Atlantic coast will satisfy the windsurfers and and sunworshippers alike. The whole of this part of Andalucia is also famous for its large bird migrations and spectacular wildflowers in the spring.
