Lovely villa with air conditioning. The villa has a large terrace and a walled garden giving total privacy. Amenities on the Oasis de Capistrano include 2 swimming pools, children’s pool (lifeguard is on duty during high season), petanque court and two popular private restaurants. The beautiful Burriana beach is a few minutes walk away past a Moorish Aqueduct and on through small areas of avocados and olives to a cliff top path leading down to Burriana beach. Burriana Beach has many restaurants, bars, a supermarket and various shops. Burriana beach itself has a choice of sun loungers and umbrellas. Watersport and diving is available at the PADI dive centre. Pedaloes are available for hire from the beach.

Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 1 has bath with shower over, vanity unit, WC and wall mirror.
En-suite shower room to bedroom 2, has shower cubicle with glass door, attractive wash basin, WC and wall mirror.
Both bathrooms are fully tiled to modern standards
Kitchen: The sunny American style kitchen is newly refitted with marble worktops and is very well equipped with an electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. Crockery, cutlery and glassware. Stovetop coffee maker.
Utility Room: There is a small utility room off the hall with modern front loading washing machine.
Living Rooms: The lounge has a/c giving heating or cooling, two comfortable leather sofas, coffee tables, circular glass dining table and 4 chairs. Satellite flat screen TV DVD player. The large south facing window with double doors to the terrace, a bright sunny room.
Other: The generous terrace has a roofed area with full shade, also a retractable sunshade. The terrace and walled garden have a high degree of privacy and not overlooked in any way. There is an Oleander and lemon tree, exterior table chairs and sun loungers.

The property is professionally cleaned and serviced for your arrival. Linen and towels are included, and all beds are made up for your arrival. Fresh linen and towels are supplied on a weekly basis. Beach towels are not provided.

Notes on accommodation
The property is air conditioned providing both heating and cooling which make the property ideal for all times of the year. All the rooms are light, airy and comfortable. Both bedrooms are situated providing two separate suites. The master bedroom has double doors leading to the terrace and garden with views to the sea.
The light, sunny twin bedroom has attractive modern en-suite facilities with good size walk in shower. The pleasant walled garden has a lockable gate making it safe for children.

Accessibility
The property is ideally situated on the Oasis. All the accommodation is on one floor. Easy parking is close to the villa but it is possible to bring the car to the gate for easy loading/unloading.
Car hire with a local reputable company can be arranged.

Outside
There is a generous sized terrace with retractable sun shade. The villa has a walled garden. Both terrace and garden have complete privacy, not overlooked in any way. The single storey villa is best described like an English semi-detached bungalow (no one above or below). There are no windows or balconies overlooking the private garden. We provide exterior table, chairs and sunloungers. An Oleander tree provides a little shade to the garden but there are also folding beach brolleys. The terrace has the benefit of early morning sunshine, ideal for breakfast, and sunbathing for the remainder of the day until late.

Coast/Beach
Nerja has no fewer than 10 beaches! Two of these - Burriana and Torrecilla - were awarded the prestigious Blue Flag award in 2006. Burriana Beach is the largest and the nearest to the property. There are a wide-range of restaurants, cafes and shops on the beach front, many of which serve delicious fresh fish and seafood. Sunbeds can be hired as well as pedalos in high season. There are watersports such as ski-ing and scuba-diving. Two good beaches to try are located each side of the Balcon.

Golf
Baviera golf is the nearest course, situated at Caleta de Vélez, it is approx 15 minutes drive from Nerja. Baviera Golf has direct access from the A7 Motorway. The Caleta Marina is on the coast just below Baviera golf. We can recommend the excellent Taverna del Puerto actually in the marina, it is easy access with good parking.

Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga which is approx 1 hours drive to the villa. Good public transport is available, although we would recommend hiring a car. We can arrange car hire with an excellent company in Nerja. The driving is easy, parking is good, and gives you the flexibility to travel to the white village of Frigiliana, the caves at Maro and several good beaches just along the coast. Granada, famous for the Alhambra Palace, is approx one and a half hours scenic drive.

Distances
The town centre of Nerja is a short drive or 20 minute walk away. 3 miles to the East is the village of Maro, home to the famous caves. These fantastic caves have been sympathetically transformed into a natural theatre where several concerts and ballets are staged during the summer.

Further details
The heart of Nerja is its spectacular Balcón de Europa, the ‘Balcony of Europe’, a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean, the small coves and beaches below (Calahonda and Salon) are used by the locals and are worth a visit. All of this set against an awesome backdrop of hazy blue mountains. The town's monuments include the 17th century Church of El Salvador, in a style which is a charming mixture of baroque and Moorish, or mudéjar.

The balcon is always buzzing with activity as visitors wander to the farthest end to get panoramic views along the rocky coastline to the east beyond Maro. A fine time to visit and to get outstanding photos is in the early evening when the shadows on the Sierra de Almijara mountains provide a stunning backdrop to this pleasant resort. As the night goes on numerous street entertainers turn up on the Balcon including mime artists, singers and spray painters. The horse and carts are always waiting to take you on a short tour of Nerja from here.

We have been letting holiday property since 1984 very successfully in the Lake District having a very high rate of returning clients. We bought our first villa in Nerja in 2001 and our second villa in 2002. We are repeating the same level of success in repeat bookings and customer satisfaction. We are a family business and we pride ourselves on providing an excellent service for our clients.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We had holidayed in Nerja for some time, we love Nerja so much it seemed sensible to have our own property to continue our business with more reliable weather. After much searching we chose the Oasis because it is exactly that, with its manicured lawns, palm trees and an abundance of flowers, there is a riot of colour all year round. Villa Tetuan has a nice sunny terrace with a walled garden where you can see the sea and mountains. The terrace and garden has the benefit of all day sunshine. The villa and garden is extremely private and is not overlooked in any way. The best way to describe the villa is a traditional semi-detached English bungalow, there is no one overhead. All in all making a very peaceful villa. Villa Tetuan is all on one level with only 3 steps up to your terrace

Unique benefits of the property
One of the big benefits of this property is ease of access with parking close by on the same level. The car can be brought to the lockable garden gate, shown in the pictures, for ease of loading and unloading. Secondly the peace and quiet of the Oasis was a big factor in our decision to purchase. The Oasis is a very attractive development with lots of open spaces. The Oasis has a large main pool and a smaller children's pool allied to a very nice restaurant and terrace that has just been refurbished to a very high standard. The layout of the Oasis is around a road that is one way and does a full circle. This road serves only the Oasis and is not subject to irritating motor cycles etc. We have the security of our own guards throughout the night and 6 resident gardeners during the day.
