New fully equipped 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in a peaceful location. The complex has an adult and children's swimming pool in a safe garden area (pool open from May to end of Sept). There is private secure garage parking if required and a taxi rank and public transport are close by. The Miraflores Golf Club is close by and open to non members. The apartment is in a safe gated complex and is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday or a perfect base for touring the coast. Only a short 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants and a supermarket in Torreneva. There are more shops restaurants, bars and supermarkets at Riviera del Sol and La Cala which are only a short distance away. Just an 8 minute walk to the popular Nacho beach, with sunbeds, umbrella and a choice of several places to eat and drink. Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, arrival time is from 3pm. Departure time is no later than 10.30am.

Notes on accommodation
Suitable for both families and couples. Gates are installed on all windows and doors for added security. Secure car parking available. No pets allowed and strictly no smoking in the apartment. No single sex groups of under 21 years of age. Please note that any accident or injury, however it occurs, for what ever reason is the responsibility of the client making the booking and not the owner of the property.
Accessibility
Lift available for easy access, although probably not suitable for wheelchair users. This apartment is on the first floor, just two small flights of stairs to the apartment from the ground floor.
Outside
There is a large shared adult swimming pool and a children's pool, with a lifeguard in attendance. These are in a safe fenced off grassed area in the middle of the complex, with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. Communal poolside showers and WC are also available.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful Nacho beach is a short 8 minute walk away, with plenty of bars and restaurants. With water sports and facilities for children. There are also beautiful sandy beaches only a short drive away, Calahonda, La Cala, Riviera Del Sol, Cabopino, Marbella, Fuengirola and Puerto Banus.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses in the area, the Miraflores golf club and driving range is situated close by in Riviera Del Sol. Also Cabopino golf club and La Siesta golf club in Calahonda are a short drive away. All are open to non members. There are many other golf courses within easy driving reach from the apartment.
Special interest holidays
Tennis, bowls badminton gymnasium and mini golf are available at The Aztec Country Club which is open to non residents and is in the heart of Riviera del Sol. Tennis (with plexi-cushion courts) and excellent squash courts are also available at The Club Del Sol. The Miraflores Bowls Club is open all year round to non members and is situated in the Miraflores complex. Travel
Malaga International Airport is the nearest airport to the apartment, which is a 25 minute drive away approx 35km. A car is recommended, but is not essential, cars may be hired from the airport or a local agent. Transport can be arranged to and from the airport if desired. Public transport is about a 6 minute walk away and is very regular and reliable. It runs all along the coast from Fuengirola to Marbella, and links up with other destinations. Trains run from Fuengirola to Malaga.
Distances
Torrenueva is within walking distance to La Cala, Calahonda and Riviera del Sol. Only a short drive away is Cabopino, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Fuengirola. These places are also accessible by public transport, the bus passes the bottom of the road. Also within driving distance of Nerja, Mijas, Cordoba, Estepona, Gibraltar, Seville, Granada, Malaga, Ronda and Jerez. Day trips to these places can be arranged through local agents, as can a visit to Tangiers.
Further details
It is only an 8 min walk from Angel de Miraflores to a variety of different restaurants in Torrenueva, including Chinese, English, Italian, French, and Indian. Most of these restaurants have al fresco eating areas. Amongst the restaurants is the very popular 'Steve’s Bar' with regular entertainments.
Also situated in this area is the local supermarket always stocked with a very good selection of fresh meat, bread, vegetables and all general provisions. There are larger supermarkets based in la Cala, Riviera Del Sol, Calahonda, also many bars, restaurants and banks. The Commercial Centre's at Marbella (La Canada) Fuengirola (Miramar) are well worth a visit. The nearest market is at La Cala held on Wednesday and Saturday. Markets are held every day of the week, details can be found in the local free newspapers.
Puerto Banus with its impressive yachts, world famous fashion shops, Casino, shopping centre, top beaches and spectacular views, makes this place special. The nightlife is buzzing with numerous bars and restaurants.
Gibraltar has many attractions,St Michales Cave,Cable cars,Wild Dolphins and Barbary apes. A passport is required when visiting Gibraltar. Mijas is one of the prettiest villages in Spain, this traditional village has breath taking views. Tour this village on the famous Donkey taxis.
Ronda is truly a spectacular village, famous throughout Spain for the plunging river gorge which divides this enchanting village. Ronda also has the oldest and most beautiful bullring in the whole of Spain. For more information please click on our website link below.
Booking notes
A 30% non refundable deposit is required, a booking is only valid when the deposit has been received. Final payment to be made 6 weeks prior to arrival. £100 fully refundable deposit is required with final payment, this is held against damage and breakages, it is fully refunded on satisfactory inspection and return of keys.
Prices are per week in UK pounds. Discount is given for bookings over 2 weeks. Any booking made within 6 weeks prior to departure date, must be paid in full.
