Perfectly located beside the beach (150m), Golf (40 courses), town centre (200m) and restaurants, this luxurious spacious apartment is ideal for Beach and Golf Holidays, winter or summer. This sunny, south facing apartment was recently renovated and furnished to a high standard. In a small quiet complex it has a lovely swimming pool (filled in June) and gardens. All rooms access a balcony. It has ceiling fans in all rooms, new kitchen (incl dishwasher, split-level oven, microwave, fridge-freezer & washing machine), quality beds, separate laundry room. Bathrooms are remodelled with new bathroom suites, and tiling. All bedrooms can be kept cool using ceiling fans and electric shutters. Other facilities include Satellite TV, DVD, and CD player/radio. It is only a five-minute walk to the bus and railway stations, for trains to Benalmádena, Torremolinos and Málaga airport and city centre, so a car is not essential.

Notes on accommodation
3rd Floor Apartment with lift and ramp access. Fans in all rooms. Separate utility room with CD, DVD, and Satellite TV. Because of its central location it suits holidaymakers all year round. Double glazing throughout and electric shutters on all bedrooms. Very secure (set back from road, Garden gate. Apartment building requires keys to access also Intercom access and apartment has a security door. Spotlighting with dimmers in main living areas. One Bath, two power showers and bidet. New chrome appliances in kitchen. Kitchen table in addition to Dining room table, high chair and cot. All beds have new quality mattresses. Lovely pool (filled in June for Summer) - Short walk to the beach. Lots of sunbeds and very safe beach - All three bedrooms are large with quality furniture and fittings. Plenty of on-street parking. Because of proximity of apartment to train station (to Belamadena, Torremlinos, Malaga Airport and Malaga city centre) a car is not essential.

Communal garden and swimming pool (filled from July to September). As the filling of the pool is organised by the community, we are not guaranteeing the pool will be filled for your stay.
Coast/Beach
Fuengirola’s amazing beach is overlooked by one of the longest promenades in the Mediterranean and takes just a little over two hours to walk from one end to the other. Fuengirola offers some 7km of clean sand making it one of the most attractive beaches along the entire coast. You’ll find that each restaurant has claimed its own bit of territory where you can rent all the beach paraphernalia you need, as well as enjoy a cooling drink in the shade of a parasol.
Golf
The Costa del Sol has come to be known as the Costa del Golf in recent years. The traditional things that have benefited the typical tourist over the last four decades have also to some extent caused an increase in the amount of people that come to the Costa del Sol to play golf. The climate and the long hours of sunshine provide a perfect opportunity in which to practise the sport and each year the clubs and courses are visited by an ever increasing number of enthusiasts and professionals. The long hours of sunshine that the Costa del Sol receives has established the region as firm favourite amongst golf aficionados.
The fact that the Costa del Sol receives over three hundred days of sunshine each year is something useful to keep in mind when starting a round of eighteen holes. Fresh Atlantic winds, due to the proximity of the Straits of Gibraltar, mix with the mild Mediterranean winds and help to moderate the temperatures.

There’s literally tons of watery fun on offer at the spectacular Parque Aquatico Mijas waterpark – easy to reach from Fuengirola bus station via a 10 minute shuttle bus service. Open daily from May-September.

The apartment is second row back form the beach in a quiet complex near the centre of Fuengirola. Fuengirola is a tourist's paradise and one of the most cosmopolitan towns on the Coast. Fuengirola offers all the facilities of a major tourist centre, restaurants, bars, discotheques, sports clubs, etc. Broad beaches flank the city east and west with newly built 'chiringuitos' - simple beach side restaurants - offer typical dishes such as cold vegetable soup, skewered sardines, small fish, etc. Apart from the general attractions of a tourist centre, Fuengirola offers a number of interesting venues such as the Roman baths at Torreblanca, the Arab castle of Suhayl, the Outdoor Museum exhibiting paintings by a variety of artists, the Yacht Harbour, Yacht Club, fantastic golf courses, and a large shopping complex, the 7km long Marine Parade dotted with various monuments and sculptures, the bull ring, etc. There is no better launching for all the great golf courses of the Costa del Sol.
