It features a large living/dining area with log fire with two three seater sofas and dining table seating six with two sets of patio doors leading out onto patio. A spiral marble staircase leads to a large private roof terrace which has views of the lake and mountains in the distance. Access to a communal swimming pool and purpose built children’s play area. A welcome pack is provided for your comfort and includes (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, loaf of bread and washing powder).

Notes on prices
NB. Prices may be subject to change at the owner’s discretion. A deposit of £50 per week (non refundable) is required. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. If the balance is not paid as required the booking may be cancelled.
Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 master bedroom with Kingsize bed, double wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with Kingsize bed and double wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 4 with steel bunk beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. |
| Bathrooms: | Ensuite Bathroom to Master bedroom with bath/shower over, wc and wash basin. Fully equipped tiled family bathroom with bath/shower over, bidet, toilet and wash basin. Plus a downstairs toilet and wash basin. |
| Kitchen: | Fitted cupboards and work tops with modern appliances including, stainless steel convection oven ceramic hob with cooker hood, microwave, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster plus an iron, ironing board and clothes dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | The entrance hall leads into the light, airy open plan living/dining room past the spiral marble staircase. It has two 3 seater sofas and a dining table seating 6 and features a log fire. DVD Player. TV and music system. (please bring your DVDs and CDs). |
| Other: | From the living room there are 2 sets of large patio doors opening out onto the enclosed and private patio which overlooks a children’s play area. The spiral staircase leads to a large private roof terrace with views of the lake and mountains. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
£50 charge will be made for the villa to be cleaned and linen changed over at the end of the rental period. A cleaner can be arranged to come in, clean around and change the linen on the beds at the end of the first week at a cost of £25. |

The Villa has a private roof terrace with barbeque, table and four chairs. The living room has two double patio doors leading to a private patio which overlooks the children's play area. There is a communal swimming pool (not heated) and children's play area near by.
Golf
There is a Golf Course at Antequera.
Skiing
For those wishing to mix sun and snow, Sierra Nevada ski resort is a 2 hour journey away.
Travel
Fly to Malaga airport. Fuente de Piedra is around 45 minute drive from Malaga Airport. Fly to Granada airport. Fuente de Piedra is about an hour drive from Granada Airport. A car is recommended and cheap car hire is available. Detailed directions to the Villa can be emailed upon request.
Distances
Approx 45 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. Approx 60 minutes drive from Granada Airport. Car is necessary. The villa offers a car port for secure parking. Nearest amenities: supermarket within 8 minute walk (approx). Nearest café/restaurants: 5 minute walk (approx). The village has many amenities including inexpensive typical Spanish restaurants, friendly bars, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical centre, train station and tourist information office.
Further details
Interesting day trips include historic Granada and Seville, the El Torcal National Park and rock formations and winter skiing at Sol y Nieve. Other nearby visitor attractions include, golf, horse riding, Wolf Park (Lobo Park) and a local donkey sanctuary. Theme Parks and Water Parks are nearby
for a great day out. Within a 15 min drive is the historical town of Antequera with a large hypermarket nearby plus shops
and restaurants. It has a useful rail link (AVE Bullet Train system), and Malaga and the coast can be reached in 25 minutes and Madrid in just two hours. The town and valley are overlooked by an enormous crag of limestone called La Peña de los Enamorados, or “The Lovers’ Leap”.
