Our lovely 3-bedroomed, well equipped villa is situated on a quiet Urbanisation on Monte Pedreguer at the end of a cul-de-sac. Only an hour’s drive away from either Alicante or Valencia airports. It is easy to find and comfortably furnished, and is equipped with a 37 inch LED HD flat screen TV,blueray and CD player with surround sound system. The villa will has an ADSL internet connection of 2 megs, wifi available with your own laptop!!. Outside there is a covered area which doubles as a shady balcony with seating, roof sun terrace and a private 8m x 4m pool by which you can enjoy those alfresco evening meals or even breakfast whilst taking in those breathtaking views! We also seem to avoid the plagues of mosquitoes, but this cannot be guaranteed!Plenty to do in the surrounding area. New Las Marinas shopping centre only 15 mins drive away!

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning throughout which doubles as warm air heating in the cooler months. ADSL internet connection. The villa is very suitable for children as our 2 have grown up here. There are always plenty of buckets, spades and floaties for the children to use. Children's books also available.
Outside
Private 8x4 meter kidney shaped pool with roman steps. Rooftop sun terrace, shady balcony, sunbeds, table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
15 minutes drive to the nearest beaches in Javea or Denia where you can find sand or shingle. Javea`s 25 Km of coastline is home to stunning beaches, coves and caves and the beaches are annually awarded the EUs blue Flag. In Denia Las Marinas is situated just to the North and has Sandy beaches to over 15km.
Golf
Ideal for golfers as there are many golf courses within driving distances ranging from 10 minutes to an hour:-
Javea (9holes). Las Sella (18 holes). Oliva (designed by Seve Ballesteros). El Saler
Travel
Less than hours drive from either Alicante or Valencia Airports. About 1.5 hours from Murcia. Car hire essential.
Distances
Nearest village of Pedreguer 5 mins drive with its Caves and Vegel Safari Park. Towns of Javea and Denia 15 mins drive with go karting, historical interests such as castles etc. Calpe 25 mins which the Ifach rock. Benidorm 30 mins where you can find Terramitiaca Theme Park, Mundomar (Marine and exotic wildlife) and Aqualandia(waterpark).
Further details
There is an excellent supermarket within 5-10 minutes drive. Banks etc in Pedreguer. Large hypermarket in Denia. Monroes carvery at the bottom of the hill. Restaurants and bars all over Javea and Denia. Nightlife of Benidorm 30 mins away. Horse riding, tennis, go karting all within easy reach. There is also the new Marriot Hotel and Spa nearby for pampering treatments.
You can also sail to Ibiza from the port of Denia and be there in 2 hours!! For all the sailing enthusiasts out there we are less than an hours drive from Valencia airport. The opportunities for walkers in this area are second to none. There are there some challenging walks from the door of the villa, walks in the Montgo National Park and most of the walks featured in the Cicerone mountain walks guide are accessable by a short car drive. There are guide books in the villa to help with your choices.
The new la Marina shopping complex is 10 minutes drive away with a huge selection of modern designer shops, a large hypermarket, bowling alley and cinema. There is also a great selection of bars, restaurants and cafes in the complex. It is open until 9 o'clock most evenings.
Booking notes
£200 deposit. Balance 8 weeks before departure. £200 refundable breakage deposit. Villa is cleaned between lets. Extra cleaning and linen changes can be arranged and quotes given.

We had a fabulous holiday and the house was wonderful - the house itself is lovely and the views were just beautiful. We spent lots of time around the pool and the children loved it - and lovely for us to sit on the terrace and watch the sunset once they were in bed.
Back from our holiday at your property we really enjoyed our stay there, and will consider staying there again if we want to return to the Denia area which we thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend your place to friends and family (5 stars). your pictures while very good don't do the property or views justice!
I would like to say that we had a great vacation at your villa. It looks even better en more beautiful than on the internet.

About the owner
We are a family of 4, 2 children boy and a girl. We bought our villa in Spain in 2004 and visit it 3/4 times a year. I am a Monkey Music lady and run music classes for children under the age of 5 and my husband is in IT (Yawn).

Why the owner chose a home in this location
When we were looking for property in Spain we asked for a house on a hill with the sea in the distance... which is of course what we have achieved. In the summer we rarely move from the villa, catching those last rays of sunshine whilst the sun sets over the mountains. Then a quick dip in the pool before bed. In the Winter we all sit snuggled under a blanket watching DVDs with a roaring log fire! Another times we enjoys the walks that go from the villa into the nearby mountains.
