Notes on accommodation
Beautiful enclosed glass fronted log fire for winter months. Property is ideal for families with young children and golfers. Securely enclosed property with communal swimming pool in landscaped garden area. There is a child's buggy (stroller) and two car booster seats which can be used free of any charge.

The closest beach is at La Zenia which is a 5 minute drive from the Villa. La Manga has all types of watersports and is a 30 minute drive away.

There are three championship 18 hole golf courses within less than a 15 minute drive from the villa.

Travel
Murcia airport is a 15 minute drive away and Alicante airport approximately 45 minutes drive from the villa. We can arrange for you to be collected from the airport for a small fee.

Distances
Torrevieja, a major town is a 20 minute drive away. The city of Benidorm is an hours drive away. Murcia City, with superb shopping facilities is 40 minutes drive.

Further details
Shops, banks, restaurants BARS Car and bicycle hire and chemists are all within walking distance of the Villa.

About the owner
I live in Edinburgh City with my wife and our two lasa Apso dogs I am self employed and work all over the central belt. My wife is a nurse in the local hospital. I have three sons youngest at university, middle son working as a manager for NHS, oldest supervisor at ASDA.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We picked this area because its in the world health booklet as being the healthiest place on earth to stay because of the climate, food and of course, the great salt lakes as i am asthmatic. I feel much better the first day we arrive, there are plenty daily markets that sell local food products, 6 golf courses and La Manga is only 30 mins drive with plenty different types of water sports. La Zenia beach is a 5 min drive and there are loads of sheltered coves stretching for miles, Mar Menor is another great place to go which has a sea on one side and a lake on the other you can catch the boat taxi to la Manga the city of Murcia is a short drive south and Cartagena with its old town,also paramount (disney type world)will be finnished in2014 /15 and is a 45 min drive ..or chill by the pool

Unique benefits of the property
We try to go over as much as possible, to chill out from city life. The area is full of great restaurants and bars all walking (stroll) distance. The villa is detached. So there are no noisy footsteps or banging doors as you get in a flat especially as Spanish property is thin on carpets. My personal favourite is going horse riding outside San Miguel to name but a few of the areas with Stables, please don't hesitate to e/mail or phone my wife and she will try and answer any questions about the villa or area.
