The villa has four bedrooms, two double and two twin each with access to a patio. The villa is south facing with panoramic views of the coast. There is a private pool (Approx 8m x 4m) with poolside shower and numerous patios.

Both bathrooms also have bidets as well as WCs and basins.
‘Jack and Jill’ shower room accessed by twin bedrooms.
Kitchen: A modern, well equipped kitchen with granite work surfaces and breakfast bar. Includes American style fridge/freezer with ice maker and chilled water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, oven and induction hob.
Utility Room: External utility area with washing machine and sink.
Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room. Accessed from the entrance lobby and from the kitchen this room is light and airy with stylish modern furnishings, including 2 leather sofas and glass dining table, and patio doors leading to a shaded pool terrace.
Other: Large cloakroom off entrance lobby with WC and basin.

All linen, towels, beach towels (for the pool area only). For bookings of two weeks or more, a weekly cleaning service is provided and additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost.

Notes on accommodation
The house is fully air-conditioned/heated with solar panels providing hot water. The property is furnished in a modern style and has porcelain tiles throughout. This is a lovely home and although situated in a quiet private road it is within 5 minutes walk of the quaint village of Benalmadena Pueblo with its many bars and restaurants. Please note the walk into the Pueblo is uphill and although short, may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties. Please note that the property is No Smoking.

Accessibility
The villa is on three levels and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair access.

Outside
The villa is in a very secure and private location with access from the private road leading up to a tiled terrace and pool area. There are a further three terraces which are all tiled and have beautiful views over the coast from Malaga to Fuengirola. There is also a shaded terrace overlooking the pool, with awning to provide further shade if required. 6 sun beds are provided together with two movable sun parasols and one fixed parasol on the upper patio. BBQ

Coast/Beach
It is a 10 minute drive to the beaches of Benalmadena Costa and Torremuelle and a further 10 minutes to the 5 miles beach at Fuengirola. Although all along the coast there are beaches and waterfronts to explore. There is also a water park at Torremolinas, approximately 15 minutes drive away.

Golf
The nearest golf course in the area is Torrequebrada golf course which is a 10 minutes drive away, 18 holes, par 72. Others in the immediate area are: Alhaurin Golf, 15 minutes drive, 18 holes. La Cala 12 minute drive (Mijas Costa) 36 hole, par 72/73. La Quinta 20 minutes drive (Puerto Banus) 27 hole, par 72.

Skiing
The ski resort of Pradollano in the Sierra Nevada mountains is a 2 hour drive away. The resort is open from early December through to early April and is well served with excellent ski facilities and numerous runs. Due to its proximity, it is possible to have a day skiing and return to the villa for a dip in the pool at the end of the day!

Special interest holidays
In the Pueblo, the La Fonda Hotel is a beautiful venue built around a central courtyard which provides one of the best catering courses on the coast.

Travel
Malaga airport is a 20 minute drive away and taxi fares are usually between 25-30 euros.There is an excellent train service between Fuengirola and Malaga, with air conditioned trains running every half hour. The nearest station to the villa is Torremuelle (10 minutes drive) where it is possible to park. Return fares to Malaga (east bound) or Fuengirola (west bound) are under 5 euros. The ports of Algecerias and Gibraltar are 1 hour drive away and ferries to Tangiers take approx 30 minutes.

Distances
Within a 5 minute drive are the port of Benalmadena with numerous shops and restaurants and the Tivoli Gardens amusement park and cable car. The village of Mijas (10 minutes by car) is very pretty and a popular destination for lunch or shopping for souvenirs.

Further details
The Pueblo is a 5 minute walk away and with its local whitewashed walls and cobble stoned square, has many awards for its natural beauty. There are 2 supermarkets and a number of good restaurants and bistros. The pizzas from the local pizza restaurant, El Parador, are highly recommended.

Booking notes
Prices shown are for the property per week in Euros. A booking deposit of 30% is required with the balance paid 6 weeks before departure, together with a returnable damage deposit of 600 Euros (£500 for UK guests). Couples and families only. The villa is not suitable for very young children.
