Outside
3O,000 sq. mts. of prize winning tropical gardens abundant with exotice flowers and plants. Beautiful trees offer a natural form of sunshade. A meandering stream-let and lily pond with acres of relaxing gardens to be enjoyed. Sun loungers provided at a nominal payment.Three beautiful swimming pools, An open-air restaurant is available for use exclusively by residents. Snack bar also open. Private gates to beach and marina and the Ocean Club. a 24hr 7 days a week mini market is at the corner of the development. There are many supermarkets close by. The main one is in el Cortes Ingles which is a department store - about 8 - 10 minutes walk.

Coast/Beach
2 minute walk to beach and marina. All blue flag sandy beaches with sunbeds and fully serviced beach restaurants for serving food, drinks and BBQ until sunset suitable for all budgets. Magnificent views of Gibraltar and the observation of the most elegant yachts and fishing boats sailing in and out of the Marina Banus. A large boat leaves every hour from Puerto Banus and goes up the coast to Marbella and beyond, a very pleasant trip.

Golf
15 min drive to at least ten international golf course including the following golf courses: Aloa Las Brisas Los Naranjos La Quinta La Dama de Notche for night golf.
The alternative known name for the Costa Del Sol is the Costa Del Golf. Within the length of this cost, about 60 miles there are over fifty golf courses for all tastes, styles, budgets and facilities. There are the challenging and the less challenging. You would be completely spoilt for choice. Some courses are hilly and the others flat park land courses with shady trees. The golf clubs are available for any one to enter and play and to use all their facilities without membership restrictions but on daily entrance fees for about 40 Euro for 18 holes..
The golf clubs offer restaurants, bars and relaxing areas in the club houses, buggies, and all your needs to rent or buy from their shops. The courses are normally much less crowded than would be expected and of good value.

2.5 hours drive.

Travel
Malaga and Gibraltar airports are 40 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended but not essential. Information on airport collection and car hire is available on request. There is a bus service from outside the airport terminal building every hour which goes to Marbella bus station. The cost is about 3 euros per person.

Distances
Marbella and San Pedro is 5 minutes drive. Frequent public bus and taxi service is available. Lots of tours are available to visit the many interesting villages close by.

Further details
Every Saturday morning there is a popular street market at Puerto Banus bullring. Puerto Banus offers alfresco bars, piano clubs, discos, several renowned fashion houses in addition to small interesting boutiques and many art galleries.

Leisure activities includes biking, horse back riding, water sports, golf,tennis, swimming, boat trips, multi complex cinema with original sound tracks, bridge clubs, casino, bowling, seaworld, dolphin excursions, safari park/zoo, two large acqua (water)parks, Tivoli World fun fair with traditional Spanish entertainment.
