40 mins drive to the city of Cartagena with its historic port and small winding narrow streets.
75 mins takes you to Benidorm.

About the owner
Hi, we are the Barlow family. Mum dad, Cayla 10yrs and Lee 16yrs. Mum loves the sunbathing, kids love the pool and Dad loves the golf. We have recently had the villa fully fenced and screened for that extra privacy and added a fixed basketball net for the kids.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought the villa primarily for a investment. We have chosen a fantastic location with stunning views across the golf course. The plot is one of the very few that is not overlooked front or rear and also does not have a golf buggy track running adjacent to the property.Due to its excellent position overlooking the 15th green,the pool deck receives the sun all day long. The villa is only 15 mins drive from Murcia airport and 45 mins from Alicante. The beaches are only 15 mins away. We love that the resort is of a very low density build (only 688 properties). It is peaceful and well away from the noise of resorts like Benidorm. Murcia city is only 20 mins away and the kids love the water park and zoo.Go karting tracks are only a short 15 min drive away.
