This 3 bedroom villa is fully furnished, has beautiful sea and mountain views. It has an 'L' shaped lounge with cable TV, (BBC and ITV). A brand new fully fitted kitchen and first floor shower. A large sun terrace/garden with table, chairs, sun shades and loungers, outside shower and outside lighting and BBQ. The villa is set in landscaped gardens, with a brand new communal swimming pool (May 2007) and children's splash pool for the exclusive use of residents. A lifeguard is in attendance at all times in order to comply with Spanish law. There is also a bar and restaurant. There are 2 windsurfers available (more details on request).

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually on a Saturday, however this is flexible.

| Bedrooms: | 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) both with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps and ceiling fans. The 2 double bedrooms have adjoining spacious balconies with beautiful sea and mountain views. |
| Bathrooms: | 1 bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and hand basin on the first floor, (all with brand new Grohe taps). 1 brand new shower with toilet and hand basin on the ground floor. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped brand new kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, iron and board etc. |
| Living Rooms: | Good sized fully furnished lounge/dining room area, with working open fireplace, cable TV with BBC/Sky/ITV etc. DVD player and DVD library. Stereo system, CD library, book cabinet with library. Lounge opens out onto large south facing sun terrace/garden. |
| Other: | A welcome pack can be arranged, and left in the villa on or before the day of arrival (eg. bread, milk, etc.) if required. Please enquire for further details. (Note: there is an extra charge for this service) |

All bedlinen, pillows, hand and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Laundry can be arranged via local agent at renters expense. |
Notes on accommodation
Not suitable for wheelchair users. Suitable for couples or families. No pets allowed. Free wireless internet access is available from the bar/restaurant if you are sitting with a laptop on one of the balconies!

Outside
Large south west facing sun private terrace and garden, with outdoor shower and ample garden furniture/sun loungers, including a built-in BBQ. There is also an outside shaded dining area which is ideal. Upstairs there are 2 large adjoining balconies with sea and mountain views from both south west facing double bedrooms.
Coast/Beach
The coast is approximately 10 minute walk from the villa. In addition, there are beach chairs, a parasol and children's beach toys etc available in the cupboard in the garden. There are also 2 windsurfers available in the villa (only for experienced windsurfers, more details upon request).
Golf
15 minutes drive to 18 hole Baviera Golf course.
Skiing
Approx. 1 hour drive to Granada, 1.5 hours drive to Sierra Nevada ski resort. (If you get up early enough in the morning, you can go skiing for most of the day and drive back to Nerja and have a swim in the sea!! (March to May is the best time for this)
Special interest holidays
There are 2 windsurfers available (for experienced windsurfers only). Further details on request. It is also possible to go canoing, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, etc. in Nerja.
Travel
Malaga airport is 45 minutes by car via new motorway. There are various reasonably priced car rental firms at the airport, we have found one of the best to be Auriga Crown, whereby the car can be booked direct via the internet, (see www.aurigacrown.com), or alternatively a pick-up from Malaga airport can be arranged. (Approx. EUR 65 one way)
Distances
The town centre of Nerja is less than 1.5km away. (3/4 mins drive). Alternatively, you can walk along the coast to the town centre in around 15/20 mins, or use the bus service which runs regularly from just outside the urbanisation. Granada is 1 hour by car, Malaga is 45 mins, and Marbella around 1.5 hours, and Gibraltar around 2.5 hours. The beautiful 15th century village of Frigiliana is only 15 mins away.
Further details
Nerja is the ideal holiday destination with something for everyone. With pretty winding streets full of white washed properties it is a wonderful place to take an evening stroll. The focal point of the town is the 'Balcon de Europa' where holidaymakers and locals alike congregate to enjoy the views and a refreshing drink or two. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars in the area many of which offer alfresco dining. For the young set 'Tutti Frutti' square offers many late night bars and dancing until the early hours. There are several good sized beaches and sandy coves, the largest being the Burriana beach which offers good parking facilities and a number of very good beach bars and restaurants. Recommended excursions include the caves of Nerja in nearby Maro, the white washed 15th century village of Frigiliana and Marinas del Este in La Herradura. In addition, the Al-Hambra Palace in the beautiful old city of Granada.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday price is payable at the time of booking. A security deposit of £175 will be required, to be paid along with the final balance, which should be due 6 weeks prior to the departure date. It will be refunded following receipt of the keys and confirmation that no loss or damage was caused to the property or its contents.
